Fast, efficient and helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing!

If I could I wouldn’t give any stars. Placed order. Money taken. No communication at all. Tried to do live chat on several occasions. No reply. Emailed twice no reply. Two weeks later still no order. Still not even been posted. Tried again with email to then just be told. Due to personal circumstances order can’t be fulfilled and a refund has been issued. Very disappointed. As they were on the tv selling their stencils a few days after I ordered. Would have been nice to have got some sort of communication to let me know what was happening.
Never mind at least I got a refund.

First class good quality stencil. Also like the fact it can be reused again I also liked the fact you took the trouble to sign the letter in person - no longer happens these days. well done, will definitely buy again Annie 😀

I had ordered 5 items on the 6th November. 4 items were delivered on the 18th November, so I emailed Stencilup straight away and after a couple of back and forth messages, I finally received the item on the 17th December...But before that, in my correspondence to Stencilup, I acknowledged postal strikes etc and to resolve the situation I suggested a refund for the product if despatch was an issue. The response was what I perceived as sarcastic and unprofessional. But, a refund was given AND the item delivered, and everything received was of good quality. Unfortunately the service has put me off ordering anything more.

Super quick delivery and brilliant product

Beautifully designed, made and strong stencil. I’ve only had a practice with it so far, but with good low tack adhesive it’s absolutely perfect. I’m using a small 2” mini roller and keeping the paint amount light.

Good quality, well wrapped .

Arrived promptly and securely packed for what must be a bumpy journey in the postal system. My set of 3 stencils arrived yesterday and I was impressed at the quality of them. Comes with a little how to guide too. I think I’ll be able to make a spectacular wall (already got my posh paint). Thank you.

Poor product. Did not stick properly, was badly manufactured with bumps and kinks. Paint bled through and project was ruined.

Product was a large stencil, which your packers had folded to fit in a mailer. Which caused the kinks and imperfections

These stencils are beautiful and I am looking forward to using them. I already have one project ready to stencil. I thought the shipping was a little high, but from the UK to the US, it's understandable.

Several emails were ignored when I queried my order. It finally arrived after 3 weeks but ignoring polite enquiries I thought was not the best way to ensure repeat custom. However, it turns out the seller was poorly and there was a glitch in the email system. She contacted me to inform me of this. The stencils are good quality and I would recommend.

Delivered quickly, even with RM strikes and the August BH weekend!
Bought the untacked version, it's made from a thick but bendy plastic, so confident it will last through my project. I love the style and I've not managed to find anything as nice anywhere else.

I'd definitely buy from them again, especially if they do larger stencils!

I really loved my stencil- product was just as described. I used self adhesive repositionable spray and foam roller to paint my pine table top. It looks fantastic! It would be great if there were a wider variety of patterns available in sizes larger than A4, but they are all fantastic.
