Stepful is an amazing program. I am so thankful that I found them. It’s easy to follow teaching and easy signup. My teacher Mrs. Rita is awesome, polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the course work. I would recommend Stepful to anyone.

The lessons and teacher how she explains everything throughly

Stepful is through with giving all the information you will need to succeed. Coming from a background outside of Healthcare is difficult but not impossible especially with the guidance of our coaches and instructors.

I love my experience so far. The learning process has been great!

Stepful is just what I needed to go back to school, love my instructor my coach and everything about stepful they are very helpful and make me have confidence in finishing my program every step of the way… would recommend to all my family and friends.

I am learning so much and I am impressed with the hands-on approach that Stepful is giving me. it's so rewarding to have the skills to be successful. Thoughtfully placement for the externship, and the dedication to help me find a fulltime position is invaluable. I am extremely thankful you to Stepful!

I like that it's virtual. I listen to the zoom classes on my way to work. And I do my class assignments when I'm off. I really enjoy it a lot. With me going through health problems and trying to get healthier this works pretty well.

Tedious and not worth my money.

I wish they had included that our assignments would be getting graded by AI and how much AI was intergrated into this program. I am very disappointed.

Also, the tuiton is okay. I already knew I would have to pay to get my certification. But why am I paying all this tuition and the NHA exam fee isn’t included?? This was unknown to many students until far too late.

This program needs to be more upfront with what our costs are going to! We have 2 zoom meetings a week where our teacher (i loved her as a person) read off the weekly slides. This felt like a waste of time. However, I understand the need for some people to ask questions.

Hopefully the clincal labs are worth our time and money. We shall see.

I already know I will be opting out of the externship process due to how rigid it is. This part may be great for those seeking full-time employment, but completely leaves those who want part-time/flexibilty in the dust.

I love everything about the Stepful program. All of the instructors and coaches are so helpful. The ease of understanding the material. The classes require work and devoted time but it still allows me to work my full time job and take care of my family. The students in my class are great. Everyone is there for the same reason and everyone always wants to help one another. I wish Stepful had more certificate courses to offer! I would most definitely recommend Stepful to my friends and family!
