Not recommend

The company does not want to accept complaints, has several addresses in different countries. They offer a 20% refund and charge very high shipping costs, I do not recommend.

Avoid these

Do not use this company, bought a pair of trainers from them, delivery took over 2 weeks, wrong item was delivered, contacted customer service who weren't interested and offered me 15% off my next item, raised this to PayPal and the seller has agreed to a full refund yet I have to return to Vietnam at my cost, the company is meant to be in London so why do I have to return the item to Vietnam, avoid these at all costs

Scammers

Scammers, selling fake shoes and advertising return address in London. Paypal is not investigating this scam and let you buy the product through them. When you want to return as per law (within 14 days without giving any reason) , they do not respond. When you open dispute with Paypal they ask you to return it to address in China ( despite advertising return address to London) on your own expense otherwise you would not get your refund back. All buyers rights broken . Fake company and seems like PayPal doesn’t mind.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, you can't get a refund no telephone number to get through to and I'm not sure they are real! AWFUL and FAKE SHOES. If do use buy through Paypal and then covered at least. Taking a while but my refunding coming as only offered 20% for Nike trainers with horrendous stitching!

Refusing my legitimate return request. Scammers. Absolutely boils my blood.

The expensive trainers do not fit my son and the company is refusing to give any refund. They have not been worn, are in original packaging and within the return timeframe but they are refusing to process, without giving a reason. I'm pretty sure this is illegal? Looking forward to using my media contacts to raise the profile of this scam business - and not in a good way.

Fake shoes without a doubt

Fake shoes without a doubt. Filed a claim with my bank Santander and got a refund within 10 days.
No reply to emails, site went down and emails bounced back. Ignore the good reviews as they are clearly fake!!!

SCAM

SCAM - AVOID!!

Fake Nike’s and refusing to refund my money. Same as others on here, when you raise a dispute they offer you 15% discount off your fake shoes which were also the wrong size!!! Three emails later and they’ve upped the offer to 20% discount and I can give the fake shoes to my friends! Luckily my bank are being super helpful but don’t touch these scammers!!

Pair of NB trainers ordered and took…

Pair of NB trainers ordered and took two weeks to arrive. Upon refund process via the assistance of PayPal, it appears to be the case that the trainers were from VIETNAM - it may well be a counterfeit considering the quality was poor.

Looks a bargain. However…

Looks a bargain. However…..
Approach with caution.
Read other reviews.
Less than 50% have a good experience.
I compared the trainers I received (Nike Invincible 3) with an exact pair bought in UK from a sports shop and the cushioning is not up to scratch.
So I believe mine to be counterfeit.
I may be wrong but there are subtle differences in the uppers as well as massive issues with the cushioning.
So as said above - approach with caution

Scam

Ordered trainers from steptosport.co.uk in mid December (check out their reviews) before they changed their web address to steptosport.com - same scammers. These are counterfeit goods and as I had the genuine ones from Nike to compare them to, by the time they arrived, I could list the differences between them. Requested a refund and was informed that I would need to return these to their “warehouse” in Hong Kong (despite them being shipped 48 hour tracked Royal Mail from a UK address and their website listing a further 2 UK addresses in their contacts). They informed me that this would be a $60 shipping cost to be incurred by myself. Other options they offered were a 20% refund with a further 20% discount off next purchase (like I would). They suggested I pass the unwanted trainers on to a friend. So effectively I was refused a full refund. I raised a case with PayPal who stated I would receive full refund when seller receives the goods back. However the return address was Vietnam - the cost of which I would be incurring. I requested I return the trainers to one of the UK addresses. This case has now been closed without return, with PayPal ruling in my favour. Stand your ground on refunds and returns, this is so blatantly a scam operation and you should receive a full refund from your bank / PayPal.
