I am bringing our contract to an end due to our clinic closing so had lots of practicalities to arrange such as final payment and final collections. I dealt with a wonderful and very helpful customer services advisor called Ishika Mehrotra who was so helpful and enabled it to all go very smoothly. Even when there were last minutes hitches, she helped sort the issues and it was great to have one person dealing with everything.

I needed to change the frequency of our Stericycle waste collections and Josh McBride was extremely polite and helpful in organising that change.

Amazing service they arranged to pick up and drop off my new box and I didn't need to be home.

We've needed to reschedule our clinical waste collection a number of times since we signed up - Always accommodated with no fuss - Would recommend.

The minute after they sign you up they’re not interested. Requested my bin WEEKS ago and haven’t heard a thing since. Absolutely horrendous, money grabbing corporation. Avoid at all costs.

Update:

During the time I didn’t have a bin the guy showed up to collect said non existent bin. I was told I wouldn’t be charged a collection fee - guess what? They’ve billed me for £25.

Update: they’ve “showed up” two months early without any warning or attempt to notify me they were here. Now they’ll charge me again for a no collection due to no fault of my own.

I contacted Stericycle as the date on consignment note was wrong. Within a couple of days and some simple correspondence Abigail sent over the correct note. No drama, fuss free, just how I like it. Thanks
