Mr Alvi and his team have provided me with the best care and support during my BA.
I went to Sthetix after a recommendation from a family member and would based on my experience would recommend to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery.
A truly friendly atmosphere as well as professional and the level of care was fabulous.

I'm so pleased with the results! Having had fillers previously elsewhere and not getting good results I can highly recommend Mr Tiago. He is highly skilled and listens to your concerns offering good advice. I've met other surgeons previously and have been disappointed with their attitudes but not at Sthetix, both the front of house staff and surgeons are very friendly and treat you with respect.

First of all I would like to thank Dr Irfan Khan for his amazing work on my rhinoplasty, and all of the staff at Sthetix, they were all so friendly and helpful. Hopefully I never require more cosmetic surgery because I am over the moon with my new appearance but if I do I will definitely be using Sthetix.

After a awful experience having breast surgery 13 years ago and 3 children later my breast were getting me very down, they were very saggy and had no volume, they were getting me down and after a lot of research for breast enhancement and 3 consultations with other Surgeons the minute I met Mr Alvi I knew I was in safe hands he told exactly what was achivable and really put me at ease!
They whole experience from consultation to after care was amazing the staff and nurses were amazing and I can not thank Mr Alvi enough for my new breasts there are better than I ever imagined and I feel like a new woman!!

Having never previously had cosmetic surgery I was made to feel extremely comfortable right from the first phone call I made to Sthetix regarding a rhinoplasty procedure. The staff could not have been more helpful, considerate, caring and most of all they never made me feel under any sort of pressure. My surgeon was Mr Irfan Khan and right from the moment I met him I felt instantly at ease. After my first consultation I felt extremely well informed and not in any way rushed or made to feel under any pressure to proceed, in fact I was encouraged to have more than one consultation despite being convinced I wanted the surgery.
The operation itself was a wonderful experience, Mr Khan saw me before surgery and double checked everything. I felt I couldn't have been in better hands. There was hardly any bruising afterwards and I can honestly say I had no pain whatsoever, only a short period of discomfort. Staff at the clinic were fantastic with follow up calls, checking I was okay etc. I am utterly delighted at the results and in my mid 40's wish Id have done it years ago! Mr Irfan Khan is a very skilled man with great bedside manner. Would highly recommend Mr Khan and the Sthetix team who are exceptional. Very much five stars from start to finish.

I had my rhinoplasty back in April this year with Mr Khan. Mr Khan and the staff at Sthetix made me feel comfortable and at ease from my very first consultation. I was given as much time as I wanted to decide on what final result I wanted with my nose and when I wanted to go ahead with the surgery. None of my consultations were rushed and were always on time. It was amazing at how little bruising I had post surgery as I was expecting the worst after reading reviews on rhinoplasty online. Everyone has commented at how perfect and natural my nose looks, I still can't stop looking in the mirror at it! Sthetix is a lovely clinic and Mr Khan is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting surgery

I have had 2 cosmetic surgeries both with synthetix and both with the same surgeon Mr Rizwan. Firstly all the staff always made me feel at ease and i was fully informed and never pressured into anything. I would highly recommend Mr Rizwan as i truely believe there is no better skilled cosmetic surgeon other than him. With both my procedures i had no post op complications because the care i recieved was outstanding from beginning to end. If your thinking of having any kind of cosmetic procedure done i would highly recommend synthetix and Mr Rizwan.

I had breast implants from Dr Alvi the beginning of July and have just had the most lovely summer feeling so happy & confident in all my summer outfits & especially bikinis. They are just so natural looking & have give me the boob boost! as well as the body confidence boost that I so needed.
Dr Alvi was so easy & understanding to talk to & Bryanny at the clinic was lovely & caring & both where there at the end of a phone anytime you may have needed to call.

After a lot of consideration I decided to go ahead with my breast augmentation. I felt Mr Alvi put me at ease and I felt confident he would help me make the best choice in size to suit my frame.
From the staff at Sthetix, to the nursing staff at the Chester Nuffield hospital they were all fantastic!

After having three children (all C-sections) I was aware that my tummy had been majorly affected and I was left with an overhang of skin which I had to conceal with the use of Bridget Jones style hold-in knickers. Each year as summer time approached I would get more and more depressed about my tummy, it caused me to worry each day about what I'd wear to hide it - the wobble was pretty obvious without layers and layers of clothes!
This year I turned 30 and decided enough was enough and did some research online as to how and where I should go about this surgery. I came across Sthetix and requested some information re costs etc - I received a quick response and arranged a consultation. During my first meeting with Mr Alvi he described in detail what the operation involved and stressed the importance of considering my support network in respect of my children and how I would cope with them in the immediate aftermath of the op. I felt no pressure at all and in no way that it was being 'sold' to me - he put my individual needs first.
A few months later I decided the timing was right and booked the operation - this process was smooth and I was able to get the date I'd specifically wanted (within 6 weeks of booking).
The operation itself was straightforward, I felt in safe hands. The aftermath was hard, and Mr Alvi was right in urging me to make sure I had help at home - my husband basically did everything for the children for 2 weeks before I was able to help out. The pain was manageable. I felt I was able to get in touch with Sthetix at any time, they rang me within the week of the op to check on me.
Now, six weeks on I have had my follow up appointment and all is well - I am so pleased with my new tummy, I have slight swelling under my scar which Mr Alvi promises to correct if it hasn't itself but this really goes to show the perfectionist that he is as it is hardly raised! I am now able to wear clothes I haven't worn for years and the hideous wobble has well and truly gone!
I would recommend Sthetix to anybody - the service is excellent, and the atmosphere in the clinic is extremely friendly.

Before my operation I hated my body I had a c section pouch and a flabby tummy hanging over it, I couldn't bear to look at myself in the mirror I was disgusted. Once I'd met mr irfan Khan to discuss an abdominoplasty I was excited at the thought of how my tummy could look. Had my operation and instantly I was happy, I have a flatter tummy now than before I had my kids! Mr irfan Khan is absolutely lovely and I honestly can't thank him enough. I highly recommend him, he explains everything in full and happy to answer any question you have.

I had breast enlargement surgery with Dr.Alvi in January this year, After waiting so long i finally made the decision to go ahead & get the procedure done. I went to a few different places for consultations but i didnt 100% feel comfortable with booking my surgery with them i felt like i was just another patient to them then i went to Sthetix & met Dr.Alvi & his team from the second i stepped foot in their i knew i was going to choose him for my surgery. He knew exactly what i wanted, Knew exactly how to get the look i wanted & all his team were amazing. I didnt feel like they were just after the next patient i felt like they actually wanted to help me achieve what i wanted they made me feel so comfortable from start to finish & i knew if i had any queries they would not hesitate to help me. My surgery day came around & i was nervous but i was reassured by all the staff at the hospital & Dr.Alvi it would be fine. Once the surgery was over i woke up & i was amazed with what i seen i had never been so happy & the after care i got after that was amazing everyone was so helpful, at home i was contacted to make sure everything was ok & that they were on hand 24/7 if i had any issues, which i didnt have one single issue. Its now been 7 months & i literally couldnt be happier with what Dr.Alvi has done for me it is exactly what i wanted & more he is an amazing talented surgeon & ide reccomend anyone to go to him i cant thank him enough for what he has done & ide do it all again in a heartbeat just for the experience i had with Sthetix. i dont usually do these type of reviews but felt compelled to say what a positive and worthwhile outcome i had at Sthetix. My main reason for choosing the clinic was for the user reviews, which seemed overwhelmingly positive so i decided to go for a consultation, meeting Mr. Shaaban. My reason was surgical scar revision and Mr. Shaaban was confident he could make a significant improvement on appearance, which im delighted to say was the case. I was quite shocked how quick and efficient the procedure was, and also how little pain i felt afterward with the stitches in. On my return consultation a few months later it appears to be a resounding success and i jokingly i wished i went years earlier. All through the clinic/Mr. Shaaban were offering advice/open to help which was very reassuring. it something i deliberated a long time going through with, and after the experience with Mr. Shaaban have no hesitation in recommending the doctors and clinic to others

I needed to do something about my breasts which were seriously deflated after breastfeeding two children so I did some research on plastic surgeons and narrowed down my choices to two, Mr Alvi and another well known surgeon.
My consultation with Mr Alvi was a delight. He was warm, patient, happy to answer any questions and was present while I tried on different sizes of implants helping me choose the right one.
My consultation with the other surgeon was the complete opposite.
I had my surgery in January 2015 and I'm pleased to say it went without a hitch and I've had no problems. I have had my one year check and touch wood, everything is great.
I highly recommend Mr Alvi and his team and will go to them if I ever need any further surgical procedures carried out.

Mr Alvi is amazing! He made me feel at ease at consultations and has given me exactly what I was hoping for. I am so happy with the results,its life changing. I would definatley recommend Mr Alvi to anybody considering breast augmentation.

Having researched rhinoplasty for well over ten years I never had the courage to go through with it. However after reading the amazing views online I decided to book a consultation with Mr Khan. I was one hundred percent certain after the first consultation that I would have my surgery, and the results are outstanding after six weeks. There was some initial discomfort for a few days but in the whole I was back in work less then a week later with minimal bruising that eased after two/ three weeks. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Khan for surgery - the aftercare is also exceptional with meetings periodically. Would recommend this surgery to anyone - five stars all round!

Had a breast enlargement done in February!
I was really nervous on the day but dr alvi and the hospital staff really helped!
After reading other girls experiences from other surgeons I was pretty much expecting to be in a tremendous amount of pain having gone under the muscle aswell, and for the swelling to be huge and have bruising! So to find that the swelling wasn't at all that bad and have minimal pain I was over the moon! I also had no bruising!
Dr Alvi has done a brilliant job, my boobs have settled really well, the scars are tiny and neat!
I would definately recommend Sthetix and Dr Alvi!

I've always wanted a BA for many, many years but kept putting it off. After setting a date for my wedding, that was the push I needed.

I researched many places. The more known places, the ones that advertise on the TV. After reading many horror stories of people's experiences with these places, it really put me off having this surgery done. I just couldn't find a place that I thought I could trust and wasn't just after my money.
I came across a review/forum post by a lady saying she had the surgery at another place but wasn't happy and found Sthetix and was so glad she had.
I then researched Sthetix and read many reviews, all of which praised Dr. Alvi and his work.
So I went with Sthetix :)
And I'm so glad I did.
Not once did I feel like just another 'number/pay check'. Dr. Alvi was very helpful, answered all my questions and reassured any doubts I might of had. Even gave his opinion if he thought I was looking at going TOO BIG! Haha. Karen too, she was wonderful and really did her best to ease my nerves and make me feel comfortable.
From the very first consultation to the op and now post op. Everyone at Sthetix have done their best to make it a smooth, comfortable process and I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone.
I am glad I found Sthetix and if ever want any procedures in the future, Sthetix will be my number 1 choice, without a doubt.
