I had surgery with Sthetix over two years ago for breast asymmetry correction with implants. Up on contacting them recently to explain I haven’t atall been happy with my results, my surgeon isn’t ever available to have a discussion. I’ve had no returned phone calls, and no reply to any emails I’ve queries about my implant details (due to this brand now being found faulty) three emails sent in the last three weeks have all been ignored.
Absolutely 0 aftercare received after this surgery, do you research and go to a clinic more affordable which includes after care as you won’t get that here.

I was recommended Mr Alvi through my Mother. I’ve felt in great hands from my very first consultation, he’s been very understanding of my wants and desires from my procedure and at the same time realistic of what can be achieved.
I am now one week post op and am loving my results so far and I know they will continue to just get better and better as I recover. The staff and facilities on my surgery day were also amazing and I couldn’t have been more comfortable during my stay.
I would recommend Mr Alvi to anyone and already have done ! X

Dr Alvi is a fantastic Surgeon who I would highly recommend to anybody. He made me feel so comfortable in both of my procedures this year. I lost a lot of confidence which he as brought back as a young lady this is so important to me and I couldn’t thank him enough. He is so professional but most importantly a perfectionist in his work. Any future procedures I would only use to St Hetix Clinic, I recommend Dr Alvi daily.

Today I had my final post breast augmentation check up with Dr. Alvi and couldn't be any happier with the result and the service I received at the Sthetix Clinic. Dr Alvi and his team have been amazing and very patient! Mr Alvi has changed my life! He knew what result I wanted and gave me a breast I've always dreamt of!

I had a mole removed from my forehead back in march by mr Guimaraes. I had it cut out with a stitch. Everything from booking the appointment to the procedure and aftercare was excellent! I couldn’t fault it. The scar on my face is next to nothing and not noticeable. I would go back again and would definitely recommend.

From my first appointment to my last the process and team were friendly, kind and efficient.
Mr Alvi was professional, explaining clearly the procedure and anticpated outcomes. My surgery for breast reduction went completely as expected with no complications and I am so pleased with the result.
I would recommend Sthetix to anyone considering similar surgery.

I have been visiting Sthetix since 2012 and have had several cosmetic procedures carried out during this time. In the past I have been more than satisfied with my surgery from Sthetix (although my arm surgery was not as good as expected). However when I was looking to have more surgery I had no hesitation in contacting Sthetix again. Sadly I have found that my experience this time has not matched the excellent service I received previously.

The surgery I was due to have was arm tightening. I had an arm lift a few years ago but had never been happy with the results and had always asked what more could be done to improve them. When the surgeon said he could perform a tightening of the skin at the Sthetix clinic and gave his quote for the surgery I was happy with it. However due to circumstances beyond my control and staff at Sthetix not getting back to me with a date for surgery it was a few months later when I enquired again about the arm tightening. It was at this point I was told I need a mini arm lift (which in my opinion wasn’t necessary) and this would cost over 7x’s the original quote!!

I was disappointed to find that things that had been said to me during consultation had seemingly been miscommunicated to support staff and quotes I had been given were retracted or changed. When I questioned why the price had changed I was told I must have been mistaken about the quote. I felt as though staff thought I was lying. I then found the email which contained the original quote that proved I had not made this figure up. I was then told the email was sent in error even though the email quoted that the surgeon was happy with the quote given. When I pointed this out I was told there had been confusion and it wasn’t a quote but was a discount that would be given off my surgery. I again pointed out there was no confusion on my part and clearly none on the part of the surgeon as the email more or less stated word for word what the surgery had said during my consultation. I was then told there would be an investigation as to what had happened. I advised there was nothing to investigate as a quote was given direct to me from the surgeon and an email was sent to me confiming the price agreed. I was confused at this point as I could not for the life of me think what it was they were investigating.

I won’t be having my surgery done as I cannot afford the price they are now quoting but even if I could afford it on principle I wound not pay it. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have been made to feel as though I had made up things or worse still had lied!

I have had an apology for the ‘mistake’ made but for me the damage to my relationship with Sthetix and the trust I had in the clinic is sadly not repairable. Going on my most recent experience I could not recommend Sthetix with full confidence.

I had a procedure, in april off this year2018, I am very pleased with the result and would recommend the clinic. all staff were very profession and the result is what I wanted.

My experience with Sthetix has been great. From the minute I walked in I felt cared for and the girls are very warm and welcoming. Always offering drinks and being helpful. I had my BA with Mr Alvi (an impeccable surgeon, too) 6 weeks ago and I have absolutely no faults to find. If in the future I chose to do anymore cosmetic surgery I would come back without hesitation. I never felt pressured to have my surgery done and Mr Alvi was very clear about all risks and was realistic about what I could achieve safely. Thank you to all at Sthetix for improving my confidence tenfold!

Great experience!
Had a sebaceous cyst removed on my face, was very nervous and worried about scaring as I’m only young. However, the procedure was painless and was made to feel very at ease by both the surgeon and the nurse. I have the tiniest scar which is barley noticeable. He done a fantastic job, would definitely recommend Mr Guimaraes for anyone who wants something similar done, he knows his stuff!

Only thing I would say to improve is the waiting time as I was waiting for over an hour for my procedure.

Overall, I would recommend sthetix to all!!

I have never had cosmetic surgery before and was nervous about getting a noticeable scar on my face looked at to see what if anything could be done about it. I called a number of places and it was only Sthetix that stood out in a good way. From the first phone call to the consultation they were brilliant. As for the procedure itself I was made to feel comfortable and at all times I felt as if I was in the best professional care possible. The procedure was carried out in their excellent premises in Liverpool where the staff were professional and friendly. As for the end result Mr Khan did a fantastic job and I am so pleased with the result which has given me back my confidence. I can’t recomnend Shetix enough. Thank you Mr Khan and Team.

I can’t praise Mr Vaiude and his team any higher. I’ve just had corrective surgery on a head scar following removal of a hairline tumour. I was very apprehensive about having any more surgery at all. But Mr Vaiude is very patient and explained everything very clearly, even during the operation. Their dedication and care towards me was amazing and I have no worrries about the next stage of my surgery.

Mr Alvi and his team were truly wonderful and very professional. I would certainly return again for more treatment. Mr Alvi and his colleague that carried out the procedure really put me at ease and they were very kind. I really don't know why I was nervous beforehand, everything went smoothly. I am really pleased with the results.

She has been brilliant, she has helped me with my skin and directed me to the right products that i needed to get the best results. my face feels cleaner, softer and i can see a visible result.

The day after i could see a massive change. Those dark lines that made me look sad an old had faded so much. Sara is amazing she makes you feel relaxed and at ease,
she knows her stuff.

I had previously been very nervous to have Botox due to unnatural outcomes I had seen on others, so despite Mr Vaiude's reassurances I was still a little nervous when I took the plunge. However I am delighted with the outcome. I can't express how pleased I am at the result - it has completely opened up my face, reducing lines but also lifting my eyes whilst keeping a very natural look - exactly what I wanted. The care I received at Sthetix from both Mr Vaiude and the wider team was exemplary but it is the overall outcome of the treatment that I am most elated with.

Great surgeon great result. I have visited this clinic on several occasions and each time the staff is different.Why do the staff constantly change though? Whilst I am happy with my outcome I think they could do with improving customer service as I had to chase up my appointments. Seem quite disprganised

I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair in October 2017 at Sthetix. My tummy was awful I looked at least 5 months pregnant. After having my second child I had a 10 finger gap between my stomach muscles that physio could not sort out. After debating getting it fixed for nearly 4 years I took the plunge. I went to many cosmetic companies and was very happy when I found Dr Alvi at Sthetix. He was lovely and friendly from the start and even found an belly button hernia no other surgeon had even mentioned. He was realistic with the outcome saying my stomach wouldn't be completely flat due to how bad my gap was. I had the operation at the Nuffield in Chester it was a lovely hospital, the staff were equally as nice and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Alvi settled my nerves on the day and after the op I looked down and the big bump was gone I was so happy. It has transformed my life which sounds dramatic but true, I no longer have to wear maternity clothes and nobody asks me when I'm due to have a baby anymore. It was allot of money for us to spend and that's what took me so long to decide if I should go through with it. My husband says best money has spent as he can see how happy I am now and have self confidence again. I did have problems with my belly button taking months to heal afterwards but the after care was sensational. Every week Dr Alvi would see me checking on it dressing it etc. Dr Alvi and all the girls on reception are fantastic even the Nuffield they use was second to none. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. My stomach looks better than I ever could of imagined. Thanks everyone at Sthetix.
