Tried it out today, well made solid machine.

arrived quickly, not yet used

Price low but unacceptable tradeoffs in quality. Machine breaks after 3 to 4 hours of usage.

Broken out of the box and in for repair. Really disappointed

This snowblower was a present and as yet it hasn't been used, and is unlikely to be used for a minimum six months. It was easy to assemble and I look forward to trying it at the appropriate moment.

A brilliant lawnmower and reaally good aftersales service. Can't fault.

I used a local dealer, KJ Stoneman, copplestone, Devon. I initially spoke to the Dealer on the phone, explained what I was looking for. This was based on previous research and advice I had been given elsewhere. Having spoken to Andrew, he listened to my needs and recommended, same brand, but a different model. That would suit my needs better. I popped into the dealer to look at both models, I decided to go with their recommendation. It was delivered within 3days. Andrew took the time to run through all the controls, answered any questions and took the time to make sure I was competent in using the tractor, as I had never used one before. I now feel confident cutting grass. Super pleased with the service from the dealer..
Registration online was quick and easy. So far loving using the product, easy to use and looks great.

never get what you sell .without any before contact you just cancel my order .I lost week time as well

We purchased a Stiga lawnmower last weekend we are really happy with the build and the way it cuts the grass.

The Stiga A10000 is being used for a single rugby pitch and has proved to be very useful. It leaves nice looking lines on the pitch which people have commented looks quite professional.
In terms of the setup, for us it was very simple and is next to a power source at the clubhouse. The mower perimeter has been set to the pitch only. It seems to navigate the posts well enough. It hasn’t been prefect in terms of returning to base successfully and sometimes gets stuck if the grass outgrows its cutting height due to any extended downtime where someone hasn’t been able to get to the club to rectify any “mower is stuck” type issues. But overall it’s going well so far and we’re very happy with it

Easy to register product through the Stiga app.

Arrived promptly and in good condition

Ordered a couple of items which were (at the time) out of stock and opted to leave the order in place to be fulfilled when back in stock. 3+ months then followed trying to get the ordered fulfilled and then a refund made. Hopeless snail's pace customer service awaiting replies to queries for updates. Currently charging back through the credit card company. Waste of everyone's time - mine and theirs. Not recommended.

It was easy to follow instructions. If I can do it anyone can.

Wasn't notified when it was going to be delivered, I wasn't in fortunately next door was but lawnmower was to heavy and he had a few problems get it in!!
Oil was low on mower so had to buy some before I could start it.
