A bit disappointed
What can I say. A bit disappointed as brought from the company web site. It was advertised withe a 5 year guarantee with terms and conditions. Not sure about how the terms and conditions work but when I registered Lawn Trimmer I ended up with only a 2 year guarantee. Not sure if I would off purchase it I new this first.

New owner of a Stiga product
Just purchased a Stiga ride-on mower and was able to create account, register my products and download manuals all within 30 minutes. Great website, very comprehensive and yet easy to find what I needed.

Complicated instalation, very poor customer service
Couldn't make machine working. With all guide and all reading some functions works, other not. Only one service person in Serbia who could maybe solve the problem is on vacation until 06.10.2025.
Very poor service for 7,5 million people market.
Probably will return product back.

Purchased device, G600, in June 2022. Since then few times already required fixing. 2 repairs related with changing entire electronics inside. Situation just happened again and device not working again, not working at all
