Do not use as a seller. You are forced to use PayPal which then takes a further fee on top of StillWhite’s commission, leaving you massively out of pocket than what StillWhite says you will receive.

I will be telling everyone I can to avoid StillWhite like the plague until they sort their payment options out for choices other than PayPal.

Sold my dress after 3 years! It was a great experience. Still White made the process clear and guided. I’m so glad someone will get as much joy out of the dress as I did. It deserves another day in the sun!

Had a lovely experience using StillWhite. The wedding dress industry is tough-- everyone wants a dress that is unique to their day, but it is really difficult to spend THAT much money on something that will be worn one time. I've had my eye out for a very specific dress for a while now. I was elated when I found it in my exact size, unaltered and unworn at almost 50% of the original purchase price! Also while not contributing to the growing fashion waste cycle! I think this format is difficult if you are uncertain of sizing (my recommendation is to get professionally measured) and if the garments have been altered, which they so frequently are. I got very lucky, however, it was a fabulous experience and I would recommend Still White to anyone looking for an alternative wedding dress purchasing experience.

I sold my dress here believing the platform was safe, but I’m now £3,000 out of pocket. The buyer received the dress — they even sent me photos of it — and I had full delivery receipts. Despite this, they opened a dispute with their bank claiming they never got the item, and PayPal refunded them in full.

Because Still White only offers PayPal as a payment method, sellers have no choice but to rely on a system that, in my experience, offered zero protection. On top of the high fees, the fact that a buyer can be refunded despite clear proof of delivery is unacceptable. This whole situation has left me feeling completely unprotected as a seller.

I would strongly urge anyone considering selling here to be aware of the risks.

Stillwhite offers a very good product at a very reasonable price. I used the simplest option, and there were plenty of opportunities for photographs and a description of the product. The deluxe option would have allowed me to load videos, which some sellers may prefer.

Super easy to use and easy to pay through. The gal selling her dress was super nice and responded quickly!

The site is easy to use as a buyer. I had no problem customizing my search options to find dresses that fit my vision. I’m so glad that I found the dress of my dreams! My experience with the seller was fantastic too! Very easy to submit an offer, and checkout once the offer is accepted. I will use this site again to sell another dress I have that I’m not going to wear.

Great way to advertise a wedding dress. While mine took a while to sell, when it sold, it sold instantly and to another lovely bride. I love the idea of someone else getting to wear the dress I loved and wore on their special day! Communication and transaction was super easy and I really appreciated the regular updates as to how my ad was going on the website. Will recommend to friends and family looking to sell/buy their wedding dress!

I feel like this website is a scam!
I have listed my dress for over 7 months and haven't had a single message about it, whereas on Facebook I get multiple. For reference my dress is listed at $700 and its worth $3000! So it doesn't make much sense why I haven't had a single message.
Has anyone actually successfully sold a dress on here?
On the flip side: I've also enquired about purchasing other dresses (2nd dress options) and I have never had a reply back and I contacted multiple dresses! Is this site just a scam and I threw away $30!?

I learned what my measurements were & what styles & brands I liked and found several dresses to choose from!! I found the ONE that was brand new with tags in a bridal shop in Texas. I am a bargain shopper for high quality products and this is definitely the site to find your wedding dress! I highly recommend

I don't sell things online so I was really impressed with how easy it was to list the dress, upload pictures and complete the sale. The dress sold in three weeks, much sooner than I anticipated. There were many helpful tips on how make my ad better and what types of information and pictures would help the dress sell. Highly recommend!

Bought and sold successfully, transparent and fair fee

I was lucky to find a beautiful dress that was unworn and unaltered from a seller who was extremely communicative and helpful (and happened to be in my area). Searching through the site can be somewhat overwhelming, as it's visually a little hard to navigate - there is so much to dig through and the site's layout is a little cumbersome. Also, when making an offer, the site instructs you not to pay until you've been able to inspect the dress. Again, I was lucky to find someone within driving distance, but if you happen to find a dress that is far away, how can you inspect the dress first? So, there is some amount of risk involved, but if you find a dress that works for you, this site takes all the stress and time out of making appointments and visiting multiple bridal shops. Perhaps there are money safety measures in place that I didn't have to worry about? Overall, I had a very positive experience.

I listed my 27year old wedding dress and had it sold within 2 days! So easy…and more lucrative than I ever imagined! . All there is left to do is to drive it to the post office to mail out! I am so happy my gorgeous dress will have a new bride to enjoy it!

My daughter sold a wedding dress in perfect, unused condition for which she originally paid $2000 for only $400. The buyer was a psychopath who had buyers remorse after receiving the dress. She claims that there were issues with the condition of the dress, but IMO she's overly picky. My daughter paid $100 to ship the dress -- $70 more than what she had estimated it would cost to ship the dress. Paypal sided with the buyer, and now my daughter needed a loan from mom for nearly $500 or her bank account would have been overdrawn. Absolute nightmare. Never ever again. There is no protection for sellers.
