After purchasing 3 reed diffusers at the Ideal Home Show in November 2024 and paying upfront for 3 refills, we were then advised to order the refills through the website approximately 3 months later once the current diffusers had ran out. On attempting to order the refills through the website, it is repeatedly stating “cannot deliver to this address” despite trying several different addresses. After contacting Ellie Derbyshire-Brown (whom I believe is the owner) via Hello Stink email address, Ellie insinuated I was lying stating I had already ordered my refills when this categorically was not the case - and surely each company keeps a record of which orders have been sent so they absolutely could have checked as I have been forthcoming with all information - a month later, I am still awaiting a response. I have now contacted the legal team from my bank to push a refuse as I cannot see this being anything but a scam. So disappointing for a ‘small, local’ business to be defrauding their customers!

Ordered a reed diffuser which arrived promptly but with no reeds so I can’t even use it and a torn coaster. Completely unresponsive through emails - no response at all so far, will have to dispute the purchase with my credit card company now as a reed diffuser with no reeds is not particularly useful. Disappointing considering the items are not cheap and meant to be high end

I've tried every route available to contact Stink but to no avail, I've emailed, started a chat on their Web page, messaged on Instagram and requested their phone number but nothing. I've had 2 subscriptions with them for a year but no reeds in the last 3 or 4 boxes and I've lots of refills still waiting to be used. I'm desperate to cancel but despite trying a number of routes I can't seem to find a route to do this. If anyone's any suggestions I'd love to hear from you (stink definitely won't be bothered to respond).

Still waiting for my refill. No reply from emails. Never had a problem before with an order, always arrived early. Not this time. Says track your order with Shop, but you have to download the app.

I received my first diffuser order through fine but the refill took over 1 month after payment was taken. I tried contacting the company several times by both email and through Instagram to ask for an update, I never received a response. Subscriptions can only be cancelled by email, and as I have never received a response from them I had to contact my bank and ask them to block any further payments. I did eventually receive the order a month later. Still no contact from them. Very strange.

I purchased ‘Room with a View’ in early May and two months later not only has it not evaporated but smells just as strong as it did on the first day. I have had many many diffusers over the years, expensive ones and cheap ones but nothing smells consistently as good as this one. The bottle is beautiful too but would like to see maybe different colour bottles to choose from.

I went for Room with a View and it is absolutely incredible! The bottle looks great, the scent is strong and is lasting. Its great that for zero effort and maintenance my room is smelling gorgeous. Would highly recommend

Love this concept! I have a dog and baby, and permanent fear of the house smelling when guests come over. But am also guilty of having empty diffusers lying about and never having the time to replace them. Love that I won’t have to worry about that anymore! Beautiful design, and excellent service & quality. Highly recommend.

I ordered the samples and loved all of them! It will be tricky to choose which to order! Such a great idea having a subscription and would be an ideal gift for someone too. Customer service was really efficient and I’m so excited about ordering the diffusers for our home!

As a busy mum of two keeping the house in order is way way down the to do list. Even if it’s a total mess at least now I can guarantee it smells damn good! Great concept and perfume-grade scents = one converted customer.

Ordered the samples to decide for a gift - love them all, now struggling to decide which to get (all 3!?). Each fragrance is so nice, and unique. Haven't seen (smelt!) anything like this done before. The box they come in also looks very special and premium. Really impressed.

I was so lucky I got to try these out before the launch . Super pretty and they smell great .I feel like they made my nose smile!

Really amazing concept as I always want my house smelling great and this means I will never run out, love love love the scents themselves, I want them all in different rooms!
