Simply put my stylist took the time to shop for me. I loved everything that came in my box. All top notch great quality items. Im very happy to be on this journey. I feel good in my new outfits from the way they fit to comfort. I cant say enough good things about stitch fix and my stylist.

Liked the styling but the clothes were flimsy. The boots were fabulous! I did get charged a styling fee of $20 which is weird since it was my first time using the service. I thought the $20 was waived for first timers especially if you purchased something from the fit. The messaging was not very clear.

Many of the items were duplicates of clothes I have so I sent back all but a shirt set - This system works fairly efficiently

Loved my first box, and th options

I love this company! I absolutely love my stylist. She always seems to know exactly what I’ll like, and her picks often end up becoming some of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe. I’ve discovered clothes I probably wouldn’t have picked out for myself, and that’s one of the things I love most about Stitch Fix. The customer service is also wonderful. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. It’s so nice to deal with a company that genuinely seems to care about its customers. I’ve had such a great experience, and I highly recommend them!

Interesting pieces and good fit.

Very smart model that gives me options but takes a lot of the guesswork out of shopping. Great service and value!

This was my first experience with Stitch Fix and everything went just as promised. My stylist, Serena, did a great job and I chose 2 new garments for my wardrobe. Looking forward to future Fixes.

For the most part I like the style of the items picked and the quality of the items. Also, the total cost is usually great and in my budget but sometimes there are items such as tops (short sleeved or tank) that I feel the price point is a bit high. I do wish that the discount would work regardless of whether you kept all items. I understand the reasoning however sometimes I keep an item or two because those items are basically free with the discount. I know it may sound silly but I think keeping four items instead of five would sound more appealing. Also, I think stylist needs to look ant what we marked as favorites when curating our next fix. Overall I have loved the majority of my pieces and there are a few that I still have from the beginning. I will likely stay a customer.

The stylists do a great job and with almost every box I want to keep everything in it. The clothes are not inexpensive, but the quality justifies it. Any issues have been handled smoothly by their customer service. I definitely recommend giving their service a try!

Meh, meh, meh, meh

The first box I got had nothing that worked for me, but I kept everything in the second box. I had to change the size of pants because they were all too big. The shirts in the first box were too boxy shaped. The next set were nothing that I would normally buy, but they all fit beautifully and I was excited about the new styles. My only recommendation I have is that I would like to see more designs on shirts. Most shirts I have seen are solid colors.

The clothes I received were not at all my style. The quality was also pretty poor.

I have been a SF customer for many years. Love getting my Fixes to update my look for each season and for special occasions.

I love getting a fix! My stylist (Mayanne) is amazing, and I always receive a great mix of items. Mayanne knows my style and color choices, and she has helped me grow my wardrobe to include things I likely would not have purchased otherwise.

The service and communication is wonderful!

Great selection fair price

I like the ability to select an item to include in the fix. I like being able to get more than 5 items in my fix so that chances are greater that I’ll have at least 5 great pieces to keep and therefore keep the 25% discount. I wish it would be easier to change my mind about a piece, especially to return for another size and given a little more time to decide. Overall, I enjoy getting a fix. The stylists are good at reading my notes and helping with specific needs I’ve had. Thank you!

Love this box! It’s grown my style a ton! And I don't have to go into a store to get great clothes.

I love getting Stitch Fix. I usually find something I like.
