I love getting a fix! My stylist (Mayanne) is amazing, and I always receive a great mix of items. Mayanne knows my style and color choices, and she has helped me grow my wardrobe to include things I likely would not have purchased otherwise.

Great selection fair price

I like the ability to select an item to include in the fix. I like being able to get more than 5 items in my fix so that chances are greater that I’ll have at least 5 great pieces to keep and therefore keep the 25% discount. I wish it would be easier to change my mind about a piece, especially to return for another size and given a little more time to decide. Overall, I enjoy getting a fix. The stylists are good at reading my notes and helping with specific needs I’ve had. Thank you!

My first time using Stitch Fix was simple and very accurate on my choice of style , colors and fit! Very impressed and cant wait for my next fix!

I love that my style is less stressful, my stylist is on target and the fit is always perfect! When it’s not, the exchange or return is effortless. I love that you can preview how an outfit looks on you before you buy it! Also other ways you can wear it!

Great options and communication. Wasn't thrilled with last fix but it was first one in over a year so need to find right stylist for my new meno'body

There used to be very good customer service but now i cant get ahold of customer service no response

Everything fit perfect and love the fall design

I like the quality of the Brands of the 3 pieces I chose. I prefer higher quality brands. I would like to see more designer brands available with a variety of pieces in the higher quality brands.

Very easy to buy and return

I love the styles that are selected! It really takes the guess work out of what to wear! When I add suggestions, I feel like they really listen to me!

I liked the quick delivery of my order. Disliked short return window since I work out of town. Liked quality of items but the pricing is a bit to high.
