The apartment has wonderful views from the lounge windows out onto the bay below. It was very well equipped and clean. The only downsides were the very tight parking spaces in the underground car park and traffic noise when the windows were open.

St Ives cottages were excellent from start to finish and gave regular updates from booking to the start of our holiday. Their staff at the St Ives office were also very helpful and understanding.
Simply the best.
Extremely helpful, efficient and make everything so easy from beginning to end.
Would recommend 110%.
It was very close to the beach
It was very close to the beach. Noisy when bins being emptied by 7am. Cleanliness should have been better
Never again!!!
We decided we had to leave a review for Flat 2 Chy Rosewarne as we didn’t want anyone to experience what we did!
As soon as we walked in, there was a strong smell of damp, but we accepted this because these properties are old. However, on visiting the toilet, that is where the nightmare began! There was urine on the seat and faeces all over the back of the rim and underneath the toilet seat. The Kitchen was filthy with stains and crumbs. Beds were covered in sand and hairs. Shower head, light fittings, radiators and literally anything you touched covered in filth.
We read the terms and realised that we would need to vacate for 2 hours whilst the cleaners came back. We decided to clean ourselves as obviously they didn’t know how to clean in the first place and 2 hours just would not cut the amount of filth. The dirt in this property goes back years, which is worrying, as it’s obviously not been deep cleaned during or after covid. I don’t mind dated, but this property certainly needs a lick of paint and new appliances, cutlery, plates etc.
Real shame you don’t do spot checks on this property as the fact that you have this one on your books has led us to believe anything booked via yourselves could be the same standard as this. We have booked with you for over 25 years, but will never again.
Please for the benefit of others, do something about this property or maybe ask the owners to come and visit for a week and see how they get on.

Lovely clean flat with a nice view over the harbour
Great place for a short break
Great place for a short break. Close to town centre and coastal footpath. Flat ground floor, ideal for a family with small dog. Great to have parking onsite. With small pleasant garden/patio.
Wonderful views and location let down by housekeeping
Wonderful views and location. However, this also meant it was very noisy late at night with people leaving bars and restaurants at the weekends, and the refuse lorries at about 5am on every weekday moring just below the bedroom windows.
Unfortunately housekeeping seemed to have failed to prepare the apartment for our arrival so we had to make our own beds, buy toilet paper, bin bags and dishwasher tablets etc. We did report the bedlinen situation as soon as we arrived and they were very apologetic. In the meantime we found spare bedlinen (quite old and worn) and made the beds ourselves.

Professional, easy to book online, good communication
Have booked with this company a number of times for holidays in St Ives and have found them to be very professional, easy to make online bookings with and clear communication & information leading up to my holidays. Have just booked another one through them for next year!
Read the small print……..
The staff and property were brilliant..however….the allocated parking was at the rugby club 1 mile up a steep hill making its use to two older people useless.we had to use the island car park. Be aware when booking and when I rebook will be trying to negotiate a deal re the parking.
The property was lovely
The property was lovely, and the staff of St Ives Holidays were available by phone, and very helpful, when I had some questions.

The property An Marghty in St ives was lovely, very clean and comfortable, everything and more was provided within the property.
Small enclosed garden was great for my dog.
Parking was an absolute blessing. It was about 10-15 minutes walk into St ives, there is a steep hill on the way back but there is a bus every 30 minutes that gives you a lift to the top if you struggle to walk up it.
I would definitely recommend the property and I look forward to returning next year.

stunning view and brilliant location
I stayed for 3 weeks at the beginning of July, I have been in the Carrack Widden Complex several times before, always on 4th floor and can highly recommend it. You can reach Porthminster Beach in minutes, also Bus and train station and shops. Carrack widden lies on an upper level, so you have to manage a steep hill, when coming back from village. CW 46 has an unbeatable view from livingroom and easy parking, I comes with comfortable and stylish interior and there is lot of storage (+ hangers!!) in the bedroom, comfortable bed as well, you can fully rely on the description at the website. No problems with the electronic devices and WiFi. The bedroom goes to rear where the carpark is and to Albert road, but there is little noise at night. However it is recommended to close window at night for security reasons, The flats are reached by a passway which leads alongside the bedrooms. CW46 bedroom has a window with "painted" glass so that privacy is secured but in consequence you have no outlook. The kitchen utensils are a bit basic, for example no salad bowl, no teapot. I have also missed a drying rack. Early booking is necessary because the flat is very much sought after.

We keep coming back every year!
We have used this property several times, principally for the fantastic view over the harbour, which means you can feel that you're on holiday 24/7, in any weather. Furnishings and equipment are perfectly adequate for a holiday. Downsides are the long, steep staircase to the flat and the rear access lane past the fish and chip shop, which can be a bit unpleasant, but if you can cope with that, the benefits far outweigh these. Everything about St. Ives has been said elsewhere and we will keep coming back every year!

A lovely week’s stay at the Green House cottage in the beautiful St Ives.
A charming cottage extremely close to Porthmeor beach and a very short walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants.
Lovely view from the master bedroom and hearing the sea every morning was very relaxing .
