Jordan 40 arrived in wrong box
My order for Jordan 40 Infrared came in a standard Jordan box not the 40 box, no packing paper around shoes. Very lame. When I tried contacting customer service the chat feature timed out and I would get a new service person and have to explain everything all over again. This happened 4 times and I gave up. Contacted again today and now I’m waiting for a resolution

First time placing an order the system glitched at checkout. So i seen the laker Jordan 4s had a price drop so i decided to pull the trigger and order them I also chose express ship I selected my size which is 10.5 after checking out and completing the order it said it was placed for size 4 i immediately tried canceling I didn’t have the option I tried contacting support no luck being that I ordered over the weekend I literally had to wait til Monday to speak with a customer service rep and when I did they immediately said my order didn’t qualify for a refund I didn’t understand why because it never said all sale final when making the purchase on a brand new shoe not pre owned as a first time customer I probably won’t ever spend my money with stock x ever again I’ll try goat next time and pay a little more for a piece of mind
