I need to cancel my order, and i have been trying to reach them from 13-17(opening hours) by phone. I tried continuously, and after time to time. The voice machine was keep on saying that all of their employees are busy, call later? I wrote few mails, no answer either. I do not understand how do they work and whom to reach in the emergency case like mine???

I ordered fabric that was marked "yellow" but was more green than yellow. Customer service explained that colors are named by their suppliers. Stofkiosk immediately sent me a sample of a similar fabric in yellow--without my asking for it -- and said I could return the other fabric. That is good service!
