What a friendly and helpful service!
What a nice company! I needed a few pieces of Tandur grey patio tiles to replace some damaged on my patio - nothing to do with the quality of Tandur tiles, more the unprofessional way they were laid several years ago by the paving company I used. I phoned Stone Traders twice to discuss availability, the first time speaking to a gentleman whose name I didn't get, and the second to Karen. Both were very friendly and helpful; I understood that they were waiting for a new delivery but there might be some odd bits around the yard. I then visited the company in West End and spoke to the same gentleman and Karen. The gentleman was very patient and friendly and took me around the yard where we met another gentleman. They searched the yard for me and they eventually found sufficient numbers of the pieces I required. I have used Stone Traders before and I will certainly use them again. It was a pleasure doing business with everyone involved in the company.
