Excellent product and service
Excellent selection of paving slabs. Karen and the team gave good advise and help selecting product. Once they were paid for they were held FOC until needed. Delivery was excellent, on time and slabs lifted to exact point on my property. Strongly recommend.

The staff are extremely helpful and responded to our problems without delay.
The problem we encountered was that the product we chose was out of stock and unfortunately the staff were unable to give us a true delivery date therefore we elected to choose and alternative which they helped us with and we have now received it.
A pity about the original choice as it was what we really wanted but we are happy with the alternative.

Ordered a pallet of sandstone to be delivered to my job.I was told they would be coming on the Wednesday. We waited all day for delivery and it did not come. When I called they said it was coming on Thursday and someone was meant to phone and let me know
It is now Thursday and nothing has turned up again
I called and they said 1pm, it is now coming up to 4pm and they are still not here
I have lost a days work because of it and my clients are not happy
I will not be using them again

We’re sorry to read that your stone delivery wasn’t delivered within your expected time frame. I appreciate your order was placed Monday (31.01.2022) with the expected date of arrival to be Wednesday 02.02.2022 (based on a 48hour service) however, we do have to rely on third party companies to dispatch our stone and trust that they will adhere to our requested delivery date. Periodically through no fault of our own there are occasions where there are regrettable delays, this could be down to a number of issues for example, the sheer volume of traffic through a particular hub, or simply a driver issue / shortage.
I fully appreciate your frustrations with regards to lose earnings, but we are not liable for this. Please refer to our Delivery T&Cs found on our website for more information. Karen (Office manager) will give you a call early next week.
