Very disappointed. I booked to travel Edinburgh airport to Waverly. I'm an old lady who'd never been there before.I received two confirmations giving different drivers and cars. The second one had my mobile number incorrectly entered. I sent an email asking to correct this and asked for confirmation as to which driver I had to look for. I did not receive a reply. I travelled and hoped to find one of the drivers. I looked around the ground floor multi story car park,where the pick up area is located. After about 15/20 mins I gave up and found a bus into town. While on the bus my phone rang a couple of times, But I was unable to answer and make them hear me. I am now out of pocket by £38,and have not received even a portion of a refund.

Our flight was delayed. Our driver called to say he was aware and will be waiting when we arrived. Excellent service. Friendly driver named Pieotr (sorry if I spelled it wrong) . Helped us with our cases which was really nice when travelling with children. Gave us lots of useful information on our drive to the hotel. Definite recommendation from me.

Phoned the driver the day before the job to ask if he could pick us up an hour earlier and he returned the call at his earliest convenience and did as requested and was there bang on time to reduce our stress and we had a very enjoyable journey to the airport.
Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Stonebank travel. I booked a transfer from Glasgow airport but our flight was delayed. It was easy to contact the company and ask for advice and with the booking confirmation I was given details of the driver and drivers number to contact upon arrival. Excellent service. We were looking for a return transfer from Hamilton to a function in Edinburgh. From experience, our local taxi company are not the best for this type of journey. I found Stonebank online and decided to give them a go. Simple online booking and payment. Professional driver, nice car. Arrived for both legs bang on time. Well priced. Will definitely use again.

We used Stonebank for our transfer to and from Edinburgh Airport. Peter our driver, for both journeys was excellent. Very punctual, clear communication on pick up point etc... Vehicle was also spotless. Very impressed.

I booked Stonebank to pick me up from Edinburgh airport. Easy online booking procedure and quick confirmation of booking. Driver details were provided in advance and the car was waiting on arrival. Nice clean car and my driver Taimur was polite and friendly. All in all a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

I recently had to use Stonebank Travel for an urgent request to pick up Education Staff in Glasgow. The service was excellent and the driver, Jimmy, went well beyond the bounds of duty to get everyone home to Glasgow safely. Would not hesitate to use this transfer service again.
