Quality furniture !Exceptional white glove service

Excellent goods and services all done with a smile. The best craft I have Come
across. What woukd we now di without it.

The product is good and well made.
Unfortunately there were no construction instructions included in the packaging despite the outside of the box showing them as being included and the T.V presentation said there would be.
Had to go to the internet to find them.
The delivery was excellent and on time.

I was kept in touch by email about the order and delivery details. I was given the opportunity to have the delivery delayed by a few hours in order to have it met after visitors had departed.

The whole service was excellent and building of the unit was 10 out of 10, very Efficient.
After sales was helpful and the cupboard itself is exactly what I hoped for , and is robust with quality boxes. Worth every penny!

The unit is good and well produced and packed the deliverywas not so good the date you have put 23 rd sept the unit arrived on 30th september

The Exford 160 is a fabulous storage unit for craft supplies. The unit is very well made, we used the companies White Glove delivery service and Tony skilfully and quickly put it together. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

Delivery a couple of days before stated on order, not a problem it arrived when promised when we were informed it was dispatched. Went together easily.

Great service, delivery guy very friendly. We had a little bit of trouble doing the sliders for top ledges but after asking son, we managed to get it all together. Love it, and would recommend to anyone who is into crafting !

I have ordered from this company previously but this time used the White Gloves Service very speedy and set up the furniture in no time and left everywhere very tidy would recommend and certainly buy from them again!

I bought my unit at the Festival of Quilts. The salesman was helpful and the whole transaction quick. Information on delivery was accurate apart from a sudden change in times overnight on the day of delivery. It went from 3-5pm to 00:45 -02:45am the same day. That had clearly passed so I thought maybe it was intended to be 12:45-2:45pm. That meant I changed my plans for the day. There was no number to call only email which would have been too slow. As amI had good tracking of the delivery. Once the driver had done his first delivery the timing reset to 3-5. This was all because he had delighted another customer by delivering a day early. Clearly the system doesn't allow for drivers to be keen. Shame as otherwise the delivery was efficient and the cupboard went together well. I would buy again and have learnt the idiosyncrasies of the tracking system.

The unit is good quality materials, however 2 bolt holes were not fully drilled out so we had to pick out material in order to secure the bolts. Also the instruction diagrams were confusing for some stages. Apart from that it will be a very useful storage unit for my craft supplies.

Delayed delivery(12 weeks) and then incomplete! Disappointing but eventually pleased with storage unit
