Robbed in the storage.
After the police was called and give me a file number, I was robbed again with one of the stuff member that is no longer there!

One time they locked me out of my storage unit even though i wasn’t past a payment. They did say they’d recoup fifty dollars to me for the inconvenience but I never received the discount.

Also BEWARE OF PRICE INCREASES can increase rent two times a year and there is ZERO maximum amount. In two years my rent went up 60%. Not acceptable.

As has been mentioned by others, costs have risen while services have declined. Prior to reading some of the reviews here, I had not been aware that accessibility had declined for those needing to employ a moving van, but I had been adversely affected by the reduced office hours. Thankfully, though, the facility appears to be as secure and well maintained as ever.

The office staff made the process of selecting the appropriate unit size and completing all the paperwork enjoyable! They have been most helpful on other occasions as well. The property is very clean. I feel secure storing my belongings in storage at this location.

To many price increases. Storage locker went up three times in one year. They no longer offer pay for 11 get the 12th month free and my parking space just went up in price by 10 bucks. Unfortunately because they own almost every storage site in Kamloops there isn't much choice to go elsewhere.

Great but I would love it if there was a discount for long term users (I don't know if any storage place does though). The bills add up pretty quickly. Also annoying that I can't pay my bill through my online banking with the rest of my bills.

Parking place is nice but I have not seen any security person making any rounds at the yard or even the security no is not available at the gate in case of any one wants to contact them in case of any emergency. Few times the gate won’t close and I have no idea who to contact. The ground is broken at few places like big pot holes and the management is also raising the rent every year quite a lot which is very annoying because if you review the market rate for truck parking maximum is between $160 to $190 not like $286.00 per month which is quite hafty and secondly the management is not ready to give any discount or charge any less being a loyal customer and parking my truck for the last so many years. Even though they are charging in such a way that they are collecting 13 payments in a year compare to 12 payments so this way they are taking one extra payment as well yet they are raising the price every year which I believe is not fair but no one wants todo any thing about this I hope the management will do some thing about it rest every thing is fine.
