Under cover when loading or unloading, trolley access, longer hour access than other storage businesses, restroom facilities, availability of packing materials, availability of use of removal truck ( full car licence).

happy with my storage facilities and the staff
Overall I am happy with my storage facilities with Kings
The staff are friendly and always ready to help.
My only small disappointment is the lack of facilities for shipping container loading
I will have to truck my furniture to another site and load it there when it comes time to move to my new residence.

Not transparent regarding free move in…
Not transparent regarding free move in truck details. Large excess on the truck with no option to pay a fee to reduce it. New employee that clearly has not been trained, therefore spent a large amount of time getting storage organised. Clean & very good storage facility
