Prompt professionally managed w temp control and well-secured storage. They’ll organise your insurance and supply gear to help like trolleys and packing gear. All for convenience and ease at a stressful time. I’m new to Australia and this site is great as close to the GC tourist area. They even arrange insurance. It’s all been pretty easy and peace of mind. Only negative (if that) is place is huge.

The driveway is on a massive slope
The driveway is on a massive slope, so you can't unload without rhe small flat trolley that you can't put much on to start with from rolling away. Then there's the super snail paced lift thst takes forever to get 2 floors. You wonder if it's even moving, then once it does arrive sometime in the future, it stops with an almighty thud, bang!!! How it does that when it's hardly moving I have no idea! Don't bother being at the storage after 10am unless you want to be in a sauna sweating your ass off. And the lighting isn't great, especially when the doir keeps closing on you while your in there. Then we have the only toilet in the place which is in a dark musty maze to get to, with huge massively loud exhaust fans sucking the musty moisture out. I'm partially deaf, so if there loud for me, that's saying something.

They should have shorter storage times than a minimum of one month as this is a rip-off…paying for something because you’re forced to but not receiving the service.
