Arrived on weekend code would not work…
Arrived on weekend code would not work no one to help out of working hours another customer used his code for elevator. If not for him I would have had a very bad day.

The digital process is awful
The digital process is awful. A human should be able to verify my physical drivers licence and me as the person it belongs to in order to rent a unit or drive a vehicle. No option to use any traditional model. Hate being forced into this in order to obtain minimal customer service at full service prices.

Very clean & climate controlled. Management have been great
The storage units and whole complex is very clean and climate controlled. Cameron has been a great help. I have stored my belongings many times in various storage facilities and this one is by far the best. One storage unit I had many years ago gave my bed mattress bed bugs!

Storage king It's worth looking for: efficiency, space, organization.
I was in Beelingh ( Storage King ) since 2022, but when it had to close, I chose Pimpama. I currently live in Sydney, but I need to have my things there, and that's why I moved there by choice. They handled all the moving without me having to go there, so I can only express my gratitude.
