Moving house, even temporarily, can be an incredibly stressful experience—but the team at Storage King Port Macquarie made it so much easier for us. From the moment we arrived, their staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to understand what we needed and guided us in choosing the right storage solution for our belongings.
Their support didn’t stop there—they helped us with the planning process, provided access to a complimentary truck, and this made the move far more manageable, and remained patient and understanding as we unloaded what felt like an endless number of boxes throughout the day.
This isn’t our first time using Storage King Port Macquarie, and it certainly won’t be the last. As returning customers, we’ve come to really appreciate their consistent professionalism and personal touch. We were extremely satisfied with the whole experience and highly recommend their team to anyone needing storage solutions in the area.

A good experience
The two gentlemen I dealt with to open my storage account and later close my account were very helpful and went out of their way to make the experience as friendly as possible.
The unit supplied was clean and the access corridors were, well lit and easy manoeuvre our trolleys.
