Storage King Australia - Rozelle Reviews 

The staff are awesome and the facility is really clean. Plenty of space to pull in most of the time and there is a clean toilet on site which is cool too. I love that there also is a van to hire there that you can sign up to use. Really helpful for moving basic things into your unit. And I will say a lady who works there did up the entrance super nice with a radical garden and it makes me smile. The staff also gave my dogs treats which is a really sweet thing to do. This place is cool.

Troy!!! has made my experience great for the last 10 years. He is trust worthy and honest and sensitive to my needs.Not to mention generous and good humoured when he not stressed. I've been storing my life at Rozelle for a looooong time and Troy has always made me feel secure and safe when we communicated between Italy and Sydney. Most recently I have encountered Libby and Michael at the Rozelle venue and they have been so helpful and reassuring as well. I am doing an enormous job mostly by myself and with a little help from friends. Having good support people at the venue is invaluable to me.Without Troy's friendly and positive face, I doubt I would have kept my life belongings in storage for so many years. I will soon be finished with my big job of clearing everything and I will forever be grateful to the staff at Storage King Rozelle for seeing me through a difficult and costly transition. Management, Michael and staff are fantastic. Was an issue with being double charged which was sorted out fairly quickly. Only thing I don’t like are the opening times. I thought you would be able to access your cage 24/7 or longer than 4pm - 5:30pm.

The facility is well located and structured

Good set up, easy to access and spaces are well set up. Nice people there who look after their customers and make booking in easy.

Storage King
Is all good, To improve Storage king should reduce thier pricing, and extend the ceiling of the unit to the actual warehouse ceiling. It's pretty sneaky, you have enough room in your locker, and one item is just under 3 meters and you have to hire a bigger locker

The staff at Storage King Rozelle were so pleasant, helpful and professional they made the whole process of storage, delivery and pick-up a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. I would recommend Storage King to anyone.

Good, clean and friendly

Very helpful staff, but unfortunate timing for us as we rented a 3rd floor unit and a week later the only lift broke down, would rent again but will make sure a ground floor unit.

Great introductory offer. Really good service over phone when I inquired. So good that I signed up straight away. I have found the facility to be spotless with easy access great customer first attitude.
