Excellent option for short term storage
All interactions with staff, right from the very first enquiry, were quick, easy, friendly and professional. All information provided was accurate — which isn’t always the case these days — and the end product was exactly as described. Pricing of my storage unit is excellent and competitive and the unit itself leaves me feeling confident that my belongings are in safe hands.

Great facility and professional staff
Great facility and professional, friendly, helpful management and staff. Since the moment we looked for information about the Storage King Tweed Heads until we left the facility, it was truly a good experience. It's clean, easy accessible, there are lifts where necessary and industrial trolleys to use. Staff are very responsive and informative - we got recommendation of the local moving companies while moving items and we had no problem with the refund when we left half way through the month. Hghly recommended to everyone looking for a place to store their items.

Arrived on weekend code would not work no one to help out of working hours another customer used his code for elevator. If not for him I would have had a very bad day.

I have used storage king numerous times over the years. I have always found staff to be very helpful and sheds spotless.
It was an extra special bonus to be able to use their truck to move our furniture. Saved us so much time and money.
