Was a Kickstarter backer in 2021 &…

Was a Kickstarter backer in 2021 & purchased 2 sets, 4 years later, nothing received. They claim it's not their fault but happy enough to take the money and provide little to no updates except now, they've now opened a store asking backers to promote them. They don't respond to enquiries anymore & want more money from backers. Some orders were fulfilled apparently but not known how many.
Raising this to warn anyone before considering a purchase from them.
