I had issues with a laptop which was…
I had issues with a laptop which was water damaged (which was our fault). Sent it to HP to get repaired - there was no communication between their departments, and repairs were delayed because they said that the payment had not been made (it had). It took so long that the laptop was deemed irreparable, and then lied about it having component delays.
Would not go near them again - support and customer relations are useless
Service terrible
Service terrible. Waiting so long time to response. Till I had to buy new printer. Old printer still on warranty but no service at all. Take all day to response. Waste of time
The worst experience I ever had with HP
The worst experience I ever had with HP, they used to be good, but now gone down the loo, Try to deliver to office address before opening hours, which is 9am to 530pm, no indication, no notice that we missed the delivery, no email from HP or delivery service company to notify that there was an attempt, next thing we know the order is cancelled, re-booked the order, one week later when called, where it is "ohhh we have stock issued with one of the item", ok, then someone was suppose to contact us & let us know, no email, no call, nothing, re-booked the order for the 3rd time, it was suppose to be 3working day to be delivered, still no site of delivery, sent complaint email to HP stores, no one bothered to reply or acknowledge. Contacted Account manager, he said that he will do some thing, no info on that either, if he even bothered to do any thing. This was my last order with HP, no more items from them, hope you learn from this.
Terrible service!
I ordered a new laptop and had to wait for stock? When checking on my order after a couple of weeks it was cancelled. No communication from HP, I asked what has happened via the online chat as the phone number given on the website is hopeless (no one ever answers) I was told the order was cancelled due to payment not being authorised, this could have been simply resolved if HP would communicate with a customer. Appalling customer service!!!
Utterly useless processes
Utterly useless processes. 3rd July, ordered 12 monitors from them, then had to cancel. Spoke on live chat, said they would get delivery cancelled. They didn't, the whole lot arrived on the 7th or 9th. Then had to arrange for them to be collected, which they were on the 12th I think, only today, the 7th August have I received, not the refund, but an email saying the refund has been processed. So more than a month!! Be wary. Oh, and they are still showing in my HP Account as 'out for delivery'
Very Bad Service from HP...Disappointed...
On the 19/07/24 we have made an order for HP Pavilion 32-b1000na 4K All-in-One – Core™ i7 with NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 3050 and it was delivered on 23/07/24. The computer we received was faulty (Fan test failed) and we requested for replacement. Faulty PC was collected on 25/07/24 and HP confirmed they received the faulty PC in their ware house on 26/07/24.
We have been waiting for a replacement PC for over 2 weeks now and when we contact HP, we get interrupted when trying to explain. Each time we contacted HP they said they have stock of the same model and will deliver it soon.
It been more than a week after they confirmed we will get the replacement asap. I have ordered this high spec all in PC for an urgent requirement. I never expect this kind of experience from HP store UK. Today 05/08/2024 I got the reply from HP that they will check with warehouse and within few hours and they will update. Wish I could have a negative star.
Have bought cartridges from them forMANY MANY years…
Have bought cartridges from them for years despite being overpriced. Their site says delivery 2-5 business days from order. Paid and ordered and just got the ink after 11 days!! Their customer service department basically said to go pound salt at the 10 day mark. GO SOMWHERE ELSE and consider the alternatives while at it!

I needed a quick replacement for my Dell laptop which melted the motherboard. I ordered a replacement on Thursday and it was delivered the next day. The screen colours are not as vibrant as the Dell but the build quality is comparable.
