I've bought MS-01 from minisforum official store some moths ago and was quite pleased with the device itself and how easy it is to dissasemble + spf ports + 3 nvme slots with an option of pci expansion.
Unfortunately, the device broke after about 4 months of continious use as a server. I've had to contact their support and they accepted repairs after a few emails. It got repaired and sent back within a week.
Overall quite happy with the purchase, probably one of the best home servers available for the price.

I bought an MS-S1 Max AI PC from the EU store. There was a tiny issue that the PC got sent from Hong Kong instead of Germany so it got stuck in Romanian customs for a while. However customer service resolved all the issues and handled the import taxes directly with the shipping company so everything turned out fine. The product is gorgeous, very good build quality and works perfectly. I definitely recommend this brand.

I had a defective Mini PC (UM560) which was nearly out of warranty, so i asked by mail what to do. The Support- Team helped me analyse the culprit and replaced the unit without a hassle. I sent the old unit to a local warehouse and they replaced it with a UM560XT unit, because the UM560 is out of stock.
They really take care about their customers so i will be back in their shop if new hardware is required. Highly recommended store and aftersales support!

This is my second MinisForum DEG1 eGPU Dock. I was so impressed with my first, I purchased another. Now my mini PC runs with two identical eGPUs. Each dock has a Corsair 750W power supply and an ASUS RTX 5060Ti 16GB GPU. I used them to run local LLMs.
Delivery was fast and well packaged.

For the MS-01, the video didn't show the size tool needed to remove hex head screw (4mm), in the end I didn't need it. Also, of the three PCIe slots that can hold a SSD, one is preferred. The manual was not clear on which one that was.
So far my experience has been very good.

I experienced serious stability issues with my original HX99G unit.
However, I would like to highlight that Minisforum support handled the situation very professionally and with real commitment. Even though the device was already out of warranty, they offered a replacement with a different model and guided the process smoothly.
The new system is now running stable and meets my expectations. The transition required some effort on my side, but I appreciate that a fair and practical solution was found.

I had a AtomMan G7 PT which worked well as a mini gaming station until it broke down recently after one and a half years. After contacting Minisforum they agreed to send me a replacement of their latest line, effectively giving me a free upgrade (though I'd need to purchase ssd for it separately myself). It did involve some back-and-forth and waiting time, but overall I think they have been pretty generous with their support!
