More Great Service

I have used OTT for six months now (about half a dozen orders) and like all the ones before, this one arrived promptly, well packaged and containing exactly what I asked for. Their email communications is good and all round customer service is exceptional. I just wish they stocked a larger range of products, then I would not have to shop anywhere else.

Adeptus Custodes codex (ebay)

The item was in perfect condition, posted very quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it had been packaged... there was enough bubble wrap to keep me amused (and the cat on edge) for a good few days!
All told, a wonderful sales experience!
