Information provided by various external sources

TPO was started by three friends sharing a common vision. To transform something that people use everyday, their mobile phones, into a force for good. They launched it in late 2012 in the UK and it's been growing ever since. In January 2014, Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia, joined the company. Our goal is to raise billions for good causes worldwide, delivering goodness with every connection made. 10% of customers’ mobile bill is directed to their cause or charity of choice at no extra cost to them.

Despite a problem with the SIM card for my phone, due to misinformation on the TPO website, I have no regrets about switching to them as a provider! I like that I can choose what charity I support, & their customer service in resolving the SIM card issue was excellent. Plus, they're MUCH cheaper than my former provider!

Yoy guys should update the website

Yoy guys should update the website. You should also have an option for the international calling where you can stop the service by yourself. Not calling and getting charged for a service that maybe I don't want to use next month.
Thanks

Great Service

Great Service- was intending to give 4 stars because of lack of coverage in certain rural areas. Not sure anything can be done about that though.

Denver

Denver, Co.
I love how simple the initial set up was. They are a much better value than other vendors, with no contract.
CS was helpful & even followed up to make sure I was happy & my problem was solved.

Problem Free

I have two phones on the TPO service, one GSM and one CDMA, and have had no need to contact TPO customer service, which is how it should be. I have been quite pleased with TPO, and think the prices of my plans is better than the competition.

I bough three Moto g5 plus unlocked phones from Costco and inserted TPO SIM cards. Phone works great. Calls connect. Unfortunately, picture texts do not load. Cannot send or receive photos. Service is weak. Data doesn't connect. I pay $100 a month for all three lines. Very cheap but with much sacrifice. My teenagers are not impressed.
I like the charity benefit. I like going outside convention but I also like sending and receiving photo texts and connecting to WiFi.

Why is ANYONE using any other provider?!?

I have been using TPO for several months now. My son uses it & my dad is switching. There is NO REASON not to switch!!
1. Coverage--they use the Sprint network, so coverage is never an issue.
2. Save Money!! I don't use a lot of 3/4G data--mostly WiFi... but i do use some. my bill is ~$16 per month!! my son has everything--he pays well under $30 w/taxes & all.
3. They donate 10% of what you pay them to the charity YOU CHOSE!! How amazing is that??
4. Customer Service... UN. SUR. PASSED. my mom died in June, & my brother who lives several states away, was having a really hard time. I was on the phone with him for over 10 hours & used all my minutes. THEY GAVE ME 200 FREE minutes until i could change my plan.

I was crying--i was so touched. i mean i really needed a hand and i didn't expect to find it from my phone service provider... but with TPO, i did.

Keep away from TPO

Week perception, rude customer service, I have used this service for over a year. this is one of the worst companies. When your plan expires your phone be shut-down, NO option even to call the company to reup your service. you must find another phone or internet screen to reup. Sometimes you pay for the service and it wouldn't activate until you call them, alhough the money is taken from your account and your 30 days of your monthly plan is counting down.
Similar to internet plan. Once your data is out it wouldn't go down to 2G, No, it will disconnect you completely. I had nightmares with TPO services.
