Very pleased with flooring
Very pleased with flooring, nice finish, good matching of joints, effort put into fitting paid off.
Delivery was prompt and as informed. I unpacked pallet while driver was present and he was happy to dispose of the pallet. All present and correct.
Ordering was not for me simple as I was certain of the amount I needed but the two extra packs allowed for me to do extra that I hadn't planned for.
Paying for me was a problem as I have always used Paypal, had to go go contactless, tried the bank account recommended ' Revolt ' and ended with an extra bank account, not necessary as it didn't work and then changed phone setup to use Gpay. Why can't they use PayPal? I will never have use of Gpay again.again. otherwise OK. Thankyou.

I would wholeheartedly recommend…
I would wholeheartedly recommend Stories Flooring. They were so incredibly helpful at answering all our questions, and stored our flooring while the builders were delayed. We chose the engineered oak in Venice Lusso and it is so perfect. I must have ordered about 50 samples from everywhere before going with this product. It’s the perfect blend of warm and cool tones, and light and dark. I love how it shows the grain. Our builders love working with it and say it’s really good quality.

Excellent service and fantastic flooring
After looking for engineered oak flooring and ordering loads of samples from various companies we found that Stories had a little sample showroom. Chris looked after us and gave us helpful advice without the usual up-sale patter and we ended up with better flooring than expected and at a lower price. My builder/ joiner of 30 years said it’s one of the best he’s seen. Showroom quality flooring at internet prices.

I called to get further order of…
I called to get further order of flooring as I had run out and the fitters needed it the next day . The sales person was so helpful he put the order through stray away and arranged 24 hr transport. The flooring arrived the next morning at 9.00am

Sadly, no help for a returning customer.
Beautiful flooring and I so wanted to reorder for another room but..
There was no beading to match my current, expensive flooring, and I’m still trying to match it elsewhere!
And there is a minimum order, sadly this time I only needed 14 square meters and the minimum is 21. As a returning customer I was very disappointed because I wanted to buy some herringbone flooring but they wouldn’t allow.
