Machine arrived in timeframes advises
Machine arrived in timeframes advises. Well packaged and the machine is better than i could have imagined. Looks amazing and runs everything super well. Only bit of feedback that may be useful to others is that the ports on the graphics card didnt work at the start. I had to connect it to the motherboard hdmi, load the machine up and download/install the gpu drivers before i could connect via the gpu. Would be great if they mentioned that in the user guide.
That aside, amazing mchine at a great price (cheaper than buying all the parts separately somehow). Would defo recommend.

Communication Very Poor
The communication was very poor, I understand currently some parts are in very high demand and thus causes a delay, however the lead time given on the item page was 7 - 10 days, apart from the initial order confirmation there was NO other contact from the company for 3 weeks. This was just to say the selected GPU was out of stock and would a swap out be accepted. No response was received to my acceptance email, and it was a further week with no communication. The first I knew the order was complete was a email from the courier company informing me the item was on its way, it was not until after the PC arrived that this company actually sent a email to confirm the PC order was complete.
Having said the above, the PC did arrive safely and the courier company used keep me updated on the progress. The PC was very well packed and there was no damage in shipping. The machine is also VERY well built with great attention to cable management and runs like a beast.
Overall the product it great, however the company communication sucks. The machine was a large investment and took a month to arrive, with next to no communication or updates on progress.

Great laptop when it worked.
I ordered a laptop and it arrived within 14 days. Great little laptop until I updated my graphics card and it broke, keeping in mind I had this laptop 3/4 months. Had a friend who just happens to build and repair PC's look at it and was told the sad news that it was a hardware issue.
Knowing it was still under warranty, got in contact with customer service the lady happily helped me and arranged packaging to be sent to me (as I binned the original packaging) also arranged for it to be collected free of charge.
Returned the laptop nestled in its new packaging and watched the DPD tracking nervously until I saw it had arrived back with Stormforce.
Ive had to call twice and customer service girls have done their best to find out why the repair is taking so long. I keep getting told its being tested . Still being tested after a week of having it. .... Will keep this post up-to-date as I find out more.
UPDATE
After a month Ive heard nothing from Stormforce about my repair. They still have my laptop and no communication unless I initiate it !!

Always been a nay-sayer
I have been building PC's and working in the IT industry for 20+ years and always said "NEVER BUY A PREBUILT" but given the prices of components and the lego nature of building a PC now ? Plus I'm and miserable I finally let someone else build a PC for me.
Great experience, quick shipping, well packaged and even though I didnt buy a windows license the BIOS was fully configured for EXPO etc.
The build itself? Immaculate the cable dressing and routing was clearly done by someone who cares.
So yes, I would recommend and yes I would use again.

Stormforce?….Clownforce more like!
Ordered a basic PC early December, bog standard and no GPU. Arrived a couple of weeks later with no updates on shipping or arrival.
PC arrived with a damaged Case, very poor cable management, and a completely loose NVME Drive.
Contacted customer service, and was told that a replacement could not be dispatched until after Christmas and into the new year, despite it only being the 16th of December!??
Was actually told to use the PC, and they would be in touch early January to arrange replacement.
I even suggested that they might offer a partial refund to save my time and them money….But they had the audacity to offer an insulting £10 refund!?? Needless to say they were told it was insulting and we stuck with plan A.
So after a cable re-management, I installed a GPU and set up the PC.
Early January arrived and was given the option to choose a collection date for the return. Packed up the PC and sent it back.
I then had to wait another two days after they received it before they dispatched the replacement PC….it would have made more sense to deliver the replacement PC when collecting the damaged PC, but that would have been too easy.
Again, no information was given regarding shipping and delivery dates and had to track it myself on the DPD App.
Replacement finally arrived and thankfully it wasn’t damaged.
All this commotion for a low end machine and god knows what it would have been like with an expensive high end machine!?

Your Customer Service was lousy two years ago when I bought my main PC from you. It’s still not improved since then so I very much doubt it will improve now!

I ordered my PC on saturday the 17th of…
I ordered my PC on saturday the 17th of January and it was delivered by VIP DPD on the tuesday. After a bad experience with currys with my last PC lasting 1 day and taking over 2 weeks to get a refund the service has been exceptional from stormforce. The PC came well packaged to ensure everything stayed safe. The PC itself looks amazing .
