This blower is incredible

This blower is incredible! I love how it fits effortlessly with my current battery lineup (Makita). This tool is a life saver. I use it everyday as a home inspector after I'm done inspecting attics. I come out covered in insulation and use this tool to clean off in just a few seconds. I also use this tool in my woodshop to clean off sawdust. It makes cleanup work super quick. I also love how it's basically the same size as a drill. It feels familiar and works better than I ever could've expected. Can't recommend this tool enough!

Ordering was fine but where was my order?!?

Ordering was fine but the lost order process left me wondering where the F was my order. Despite using Shop to track the order( pretty much useless) calling and emailing several times, I was no further along in knowing when I would receive what I ordered. Then it just showed up. Once I had the order, then I received a series of emails responding to my initial inquiries. Brutal. If you are going to charge a premium price, as least have decent service.

Extremely slow delivery

Extremely slow delivery. Nobody ever answers the phone and replies to email very slow and not helpful. Blower and battery with charger finally delivered and battery does not fit, not even close. This is the battery they shipped with blower so there shouldn’t have been an issue. I have requested an address to return product but so far have been unsuccessful. I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge so now we’ll see what happens. I do not recommend them.

Its now going on two months and still NO jet dry blower, excuses, and lies, oh its in Nenchang, China! China???
Their company slogan says; made and produced in the USA, complete lies. FINALLY, ONCE AGAIN A MERE PASSIVE PRE EMPTED RESPONSE, YET NOTHING OF SUBSTANCE. What do you mean: YOU'LL LOOK INTO IT??? Send me the jet dry blower as promised, No I never provided an address in Minnesota, lol. Get real with the stall tactics, try actually shipping the product to me!

These people are fraudsters- they sent…

Order number # 18386. These people are fraudsters- they sent me blower that was incompatible with my Bosch battery. I retuned item. They have confirmed receipt. I have chased and chased for my refund and they use stalling techniques. Telling me it’s been escalated by their back end team. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. Avoid

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Despite the negative reviews I ordered the Storm Industries Jet Blower 2.

I placed my order on February 27th. To date, I have not received my order. I have been unable to receive any information from this company regarding the status of my order. Yeah I receive emails from the founder of the company, "Josh" thanking me for my purchase and how much I must be enjoying my purchase.

I can't receive info about my order, but do receive bogus emails from "Josh"

The updated tracking number provided is a bogus number. Returning an error.

Do yourself a favor. Heed the warnings. Do not purchase anything from this company. It is truly a scam company and will take your money and provide nothing in return.

DO NOT BUY FROM STORM INDUSTRIES – HAND BLOWER


Do not buy from Storm Industries – they are a nightmare to deal with and their advertising is dishonest!

The blower I ordered never arrived on the promised shipping date, and the tracking number they provided didn’t work. I emailed them five times with no response and called the US phone number twice again no answer. I was left completely in the dark!

Two months later the blower finally arrived – from China, not the USA as advertised. They claim on their website the blowers are made in the USA but they ar not!

On top of all that the blower I bought was supposed to work with a Bosch battery but it did not. Their website failed to mention that it only fits a Bosch Pro Blue battery. After many more unanswered emails, I was forced to spend an additional $300 to buy the correct Bosch battery and charger here in NZ.

Storm Industries is very unprofessional, unresponsive, and misleading. I strongly advise against buying anything from them. When this blower finally dies I will not buy anything ever again from them and will buy local only. It will break as a friends one has already broken and he has now bought in NZ.

Buyer beware DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM STORM, VERY VERY BAD COMPANY. DON’T BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE!

Junk batteries

The battery they send went bad after 2 months as it is generic. I understand that so I bought the suggested M18 milwaukee, battery and now it won't run two minutes without shutting down due to overheating. I reached out to them for a resolution, and they responded one time telling me they were sending my email to some other department. I've have yet to hear from the other department. A classic case of getting too big for their britches and putting their customers on the back burner once they get their money. They should not suggest the M18 battery, if it's too much for the unit. I wasted another 130 dollars on batteries on top of the price of the unit do you have a total of 400 dollars into something that will not do the job

Everything you hear and see is a lie

Everything you hear and see is a lie. Website claims that their blower will dry a car in 5 minutes. I have a small sedan and after 20 minutes the car was still wet and I had to use a towel. They claim easy returns, also a lie. I returned my blower a month ago (2/2/2026) and still have no credit. I have had about 20 emails between myself and their customer service group. The last email on the 19th of February said they would prioritize my return. Today is the 27th of February, and no response or credit has been provided.

It’s been 3 months since I first raised an issue with this company via email. Will no resolutions. They promised me a refund 6 weeks ago and still nothing. They reply to emails once a week and say they will look into it and then I don’t hear back.

Original review
I placed an initial order (15241) for one blower to test the product. It performed well — strong airflow, exactly as expected. Based on that, I proceeded with a second order (17736) for five additional units.

The blowers from the second order are significantly weaker and clearly not performing at the same standard as the first. The difference in airflow is obvious and unacceptable, particularly when ordering multiple units based on prior performance.

I have now been dealing with your support team for over a month seeking a resolution. I have requested either replacement units that match the original product specification or a full refund. Neither has been provided.

This is not a minor issue — it is a clear inconsistency in product performance. The prolonged delay and refusal to resolve the matter properly reflects very poorly on your customer service.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter further and share my experience publicly.

Very disappointing.

It’s now been 2 weeks since I left review and still no resolution. They are no longer replying to me. Even after they responded to this review and said they will look into it.
