id give a zero star if that was possible. product is garbage. customer service is absolutely horrible. customer service constantly ignored my requests for a refund. stating that is was agaisnt the policy to return unless there is a defect. no one in customer service could provide this in writing to me. this company is a scam

I purchased the storm industry blower 2.0. This blower did not work from the second I bought it it was a defective unit and the company sold it to me knowing this. I've tried to dispute this charge with my credit card company yet somehow I am forced to pay for this item that was defective and they will not accept the return of.DO NOT BUY anything from this company they are scammers that are selling complete garbage.

I purchased the jet blower 2.0 Storm industries May. It worked great for about three months and then after using it for about a minute or two it drops down to half speed contacted customer service now six months since I bought it they told me there's nothing they can do. Don't buy this piece of junk! Expensive piece of junk! Customer service is horrible. It will not take care of you if something happens. It was not cheap!

Don't state that it is compatible with devises that it Isn't, And then respond that I have to buy the battery that apparently only works with! And apparently the 60 day warranty is not worth its word, It seams as if there is a lot of false advertising

I purchased the Storm Industries Jet Blower but it seems to be using up my fully charged DeWalt 20v battery in about 5 minutes!!! No Customer Service phone number, sent 3 emails within 10 days and was ignored all 3 times. Unfortunately for me, I used PayPal but should have used my Credit Card so I may dispute this charge. I will never purchase anythine ever from them and hope this helps someone else considering their product.

The blower handle physicality heats up while using then shuts off after 3 minutes or less of use. The blower handle starts to heat up as soon as the battery in installed without turning on the blower. It will fully drain a Milwaukee 5 AMP battery in 15 minutes without using the blower. The handle heated up to 164 degrees F in 3 minutes without activating the blower. I'm positive it will melt down and catch fire if the battey is left installed and unattended!

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them at all cost. AT ALL COST!!!!

One Star - Avoid Storm Industries at All Costs
Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order with Storm Industries over four months ago, and I still haven't received the product. Despite countless follow-up emails — most of which were directed to someone named Josh — I’ve had no resolution, no update, and no sign that my item will ever be shipped.
Every time I ask for a tracking update, I get the same vague response or nothing at all. The order status still shows as "Not Dispatched" after all this time. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable for any online retailer to operate this way.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Customer service is non-existent, and they seem perfectly fine taking your money without delivering anything in return.

This is a cheap Chinese not made in the usa as advertisement says. Hard to contact no support that will return my calls for a refund

This product is a scam, and this company is fraudulent. I ordered the Cyclone in April, and it never came. Customer Service gave me the runaround for five months, then disappeared. Do not purchase this product, and do not purchase from this company. They steal your money, and then disappear into the shadows.

I don’t believe this to be a scam as my blower turned up today & is a beast.
YunExpress is also not a scam, they are just very slow.
I have heard from someone in customer service called Josh who sort of helped me out but I already knew the information he was giving me.
I’m not sure how long the blower will last but I’m just glad it’s here.
Also it had a free offer with 2 finishing towels. I only got one & they are of very poor quality.
But of a strange experience but the blower does seem very Powerful.

I waited over 3 months for the blower, since the 30th of April, and this review was done on the 7th of August and it has still not been dispatched. They still were deceptive about when it was to arrive. I would not trust this company as, your product may not come, and if you had an issue with it, l very much doubt it would be resolved.

2 weeks from order now and no info from Storm Industries. The tracking info provided states invalid.
All I can say for my experience is this is an all out SCAM!

I signed up for the 10 percent off code and it never came so I orderd the unit anyway. 15 min later the coupon code shows up so I asked them if they could credit me the 10 percent t back to PayPal. They said no and sent me another 10 percent off code that didn't work when I checked it on the website. I asked if they could just send another free towel then and I got no response. Frustrated I asked them to not ship the item and just cancel the order. The won't respond now. I am turning them into PayPal as a fraudulent company. By the way use the code storm10 for 10 percent off and the code merry for another 25 percent off. They won't tell you about the merry code.
