It took 2 months to arrive and all the writing on it is blurry. Disappointed in the quality of this item.

BEWARE!!!
I ordered a personalized mug for my granddaughter on December 3--intending to give it to her for Christmas. I kept corresponding about the projected delivery date and got numerous conflicting stories, as they blamed the postal service for being slow (I got everything else I ordered for the holidays timely) until it finally arrived on 21 January. It was not a Stanley as advertised I took photos to show them that it was misleading advertising and asked for a refund. They said they would give me 70% back-less transaction fees--whatever that means. I have been waiting for this refund for 6 weeks now and have received nothing, as they blame a 'refund getaway issue' for the delay. They tell me to rest assured, that they are not trying to scam me. I would give them zero stars if I could!

My item came damaged and leaking

I ordered a mug for my spouse for his Birthday, but they shipped the wrong item (order). They assured me that they would correct the order at no extra charge. That was four months ago! Buyer beware: they lied by stating they were processing the order and even confirmed it. If I could give them a (0) I would.

I’d give no stars if I could. This may be a company with products. . . However I’m not really sure. I got a gift for Xmas Nov 26 th and it disappeared from shipping stats. They said it was on the way but I corresponded with them that it was not coming. I’m still waiting for my money back it’s 3-5-25 ordered end of Nov!! Do yourself a favor and donate 50$ to a good cause instead.

I ordered what was supposed to be a Stanley yellowstone tv tumbler. It was a knockoff plus it took 3 months for me to receive my order. I just received it yesterday. Very unsatisfied

BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I had of read reviews on this company PRIOR to placing an order. I had the same experience as others -- thought I was ordering 4 genuine 40oz Stanley Cups, and received 4 knock off/unbranded cups with multiple misprints in the graphics -- and one arrived damaged. Horrible company, horrible shipping (took over a month to receive the first 2 cups and almost 2 months to receive the last one), and horrible customer service -- will not issue a refund even though all of my reasons for wanting to return the cups are detailed in their return policy. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Scam. Ordered 3 months ago and still haven't received my cup. I need a refund.

The gift was precisely what I requested. Thank you for fulfilling my request. The only aspect that detracted from the experience was the duration of the wait time.

I ordered 3 Stanley 40 oz Tumblers with Eagles Designs on Jan 18,2025 for my wife’s birthday in Feb 2025.

Pro’s:
Designs were incredible and were placed perfectly.

Con’s:
Got 3 knock off Stanley 40 oz tumblers with Eagles Designs. There were no Stanley markings on the tumblers anywhere.

They arrived on Feb 22,2025 over a month after order.

Overall Experience: All 3 are in the trash not knowing what the tumblers were made from in China.

Haven’t received item 2 months later

I received a cup in the mail. I didn’t know who it was from. There was no indication it was from Storm merch. It was supposed to be a Stanley Cup, there was no Stanley cup written on it! It took weeks for it to come! I will never order from them again!

Ordered a supposedly Stanley Cup (Haha) 5 weeks before Christmas as a gift. I did not receive it until Feb 25th after a number of emails. I was disappointed when I did receive it. I ordered the channel design. It was very poorly done. I would never order again from this company. They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them.

I ordered a cup was supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks here it is 2mo later still have not received my cup. Finally got Email said now should be delivered March 5to7. I would not suggest ever using this company again. Needless to say that they didn't even offer any compensation. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I was under the impression my cup I was paying for, for my girlfriend was a Stanley when she received her cup it was a knock off!!! I was very displeased.. the advertisement is a lie.. however, she did like the design but when inspecting the cup and her already having a Stanley it is a knock off…!! Will not purchase anything else. They emailed so I could give a review but thanked me for my review which I never did.. upset for spending money on a knock off & them lying I gave a review when I didn’t ..!!! Beware..!!!

If I can give 0 star I would. This store is a scam. My order did not arrived and they did not refund me either. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I ordered a Stanley cup back in November. By January I never received the cup so I disputed the claim with my back. They provided a tracking number that said it was in transit & then delivered. It said it was delivered on a Sunday night when no one is delivering. I tried to dispute it with my bank and PayPal but they are both going off of a fake tracking number. Idk how they faked the tracking number but that’s what they did. I never received anything. They are a fraudulent company & I would stay away from them! When I first looked them up in November they had all 5 star reviews. Not in February they have a 2.0 rating. I assume they popped up right before the holidays with fake reviews to get people to buy from them & now all the real reviews are popping up.

I ordered a custom mean girls Stanley cup I received the cup on a Wednesday by Sunday the lid was completely stripped I reached out to the Stormmerch with the issue and communication was fine they offered a solution which was to send me another kid I have yet to receive the replacement lid and no further communication from stormmerch

I ordered an Arizona State tumbler after learning that my youngest had committed to the school. She was totally unaware that I had ordered the tumbler. Beings it is a personal item with her name & school, it made it much more meaningful to her. She was beyond static when she opened the box that contained the tumbler. She doesn't go anywhere without it.
