SCAM!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS!!

I can only assume this is a scam as I bought 2 makeup palettes in May. It’s been four months now and I still have yet to get my package!
I’ve tried contacting the shop multiple times over 3 different platforms but have not received a single replay!!

Please don’t waste your money like I did.

Worst customer service, package never arrived

I ordered the Mean Girls palette at the start of June 2021. I have sent two emails to their customer service and have not received a reply, and my tracking has not updated in two weeks. It's still in the USA! (I live in Australia.) I completely understand international shipping takes longer, but my biggest gripe is the fact that two emails I have sent have gone completely ignored when I have asked them to look into it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support. Don’t spend your money on this.
In my order was: 5 eyeshadow palettes and 1 set of lipsticks.
You told that this order was shipped in 2 boxes.
I get 1 parcel and only 2 items were in the box: 1 eyeshadow palette and 1 set of lipstick.
Another box didn’t received by me.I waited 2!!!! Month!!!! This package is missing, I did not receive it.
You told me to contact my local post office - I did. We searched for the parcel using all possible information: my phone number, name and surname, address .... - there is no parcel. The Ukrainian Post Office has no information about it (I am from Ukraine). Also, this package is not tracked on any sites. The last point on the map where the package was seen is Jamaica. I obviously don't live in Jamaica :)
As far as I understand, the package is lost.

It's been over 6 months

Bought one pallette on 9th December 2019. They answered when I commented about it on their public Facebook photo and they said they would send me another one. Now they don't answer my messages or mails. And yet, I have not received the order. It's 9th June 2020 now.
