Honest Opinion
The only complaint I have is that I never received an order confirmation email or an email with tracking info. (and I even checked my spam folder, nothing there). Otherwise, my ordered item looks great and I'm sure my son's girlfriend will love it.

Storyteller flags keyring.
Great idea as a gift for travel lovers and fab that you can add flags as and when you need to.
The quality and replication of the flags is just awesome, very pleased with the keyring aswell. Additionally I liked the cute presentation box it all came in.
Bought as a xmas gift for my son so not given yet... I'm confident it's going to be a hit though!
I really admire the ethos of this company too.

NOT HAPPY
Having placed an order and received notification of dispatch the items I ordered have not been received. I have been assured three times that it is being looked into and replacement sent - however I still dont have the items.

Your reply to my recent review said "Hi Robert, so sorry that you have had this issue with your New Zealand flag, we are preparing a replacement and will send this to you shortly. Best wishes" That was great I thought, but it was on September 19th and I haven't received anything yet! PLEASE restore my faith in Storyteller.....you will note my first review was very Positive
