I was deducted money on my account without knowing but the problem seem to be taken seriously and I hope and believe I get a refund soon

The Person who spoke to me on the Phone. CK was his name or code. He was very helpful and understanding.

I had an issue with credits and contacted customer services who were extremely helpful. I was particularly impressed with the time taken to sort my issue.

FULL ON SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT buy anything online! They seem to have a finger in every pot 😡 and you will NEVER get a penny refunded.

Please note that I am still waiting for my refund and it is very disheartening to know that you guys lied again as I was promised a refund within 7 working days. :(

I joined the membership, but realised it was jot for me. I asked for my membership to be cancelled & they did this with a full refund of my membership fee.

They give me some of my money back after saying they don't do refunds even though I asked them to cancel my membership on the 17th april and they said no more money would be taking out my bank so they didn't cancel my membership when I asked them to as more money got taking out my bank on the 20th April

Joined then decided to cancel as would not use the service. Was charged twice however contacted the Team and am veryvhappy to say all was rectifed and they assured me no more charges and even arranged for refund

Scam artists avoid like the plague Absolutely disgusting customer service ignored over and over

Got an email from SHEIN was willing to pay £2 for a mystery box somehow between paying and confirmation I end up on this site

Asked the online chat what had happened and apparently have no affiliation with SHEIN
Asked for a refund was told no as I had signed up this subscription which I absolutely did not

Have to ring bank cancel my card while I now wait 2 weeks for them to close the account and il probably get a automated response from them on here stating what I’ve already said above

Stop sending people emails pretending to be a bigger better company and then pretend you know nothing about it

I did give permission so can take £6.99p off my card if happens again I take this company and my bank statement to my lawyer unless you put money back

Similarly to other reviewers I was led to the site via a Temu email. I registered but was not made aware that they would be charging my debit card “subscriptions”. This totalled £13.47, however, this was not made clear when registering on the site. Similarly I registered with outdoorshopclub.com and the same thing happened. I went to each site and with much wrangling I was assured my accounts would be cancelled and the subscriptions refunded. Not surprisingly I chatted with the exactly the same agents on each of the sites. Quite a scam they have going. It remains to be seen if my money is returned from either site. I would warning against having anything to do with either company. I will be in touch with my bank to ensure no further money is taken. Absolutely appalling business practice.

In addition to the above I have just discovered that the subscriptions taken on have a life span in an account of a couple of months. What an amazing scam!
