This company is terrible!! I never get my package they lied to temu about the picture they sent as proof so i can’t get a refund! Been calling them so many times and emailed them too but no luck! With the looks of it has a bad reputation as for delivery services even resolving issues like mine. Sooo frustrating!! How can we get this company get accountable for this!! I am sooo mad!!

I hadn't ordered from temu in about a year. Always shipped it to my Po box building but with straightship they always try to do the delivery on a Saturday when there's no staff to receive parcels.
I've contacted straightship through email to get the address changed. They say yup we'll get this changed but they done nothing. 9Tried calling and Been on hold for an hour only to be told there's no one to answer and to leave a message, then told the message box is full and processed to get hung up on.
Its a extremely unprofessional company

Please read the instructions for delivery. You guys do this every year in the Spring. I wrote down that the driveway is safe, yet you guys still leave my packages at the end of the driveway. Thats unsafe as I have had packages stolen before. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Dint bother to call me or buzz me just left with order.

The delivery company is a scam.
Do not choose straightship. I have seen many of my friends telling the same thing as they ordered mainly through temu. Straightship most probably won't deliver your packageand you will receive updates like"delivery attempt was made but address issue/doors locked or something. These guys seems to steal those orders from temu and selling it on other platforms.

10 days, no update, they don’t know where it is, 2 files of investigation, and nothing. You call, and they just give you I will look into it, brutal

they also provide fake photo said the package was delivery, the person in the photo is not anyone I know. they stole the package right in front of my building.

My package from Temu was due to be delivered today ( April 9th) by 9:00 p.m. My courier arrived at 7:00 p.m. Very courteous and prompt. I have only had one issue with one package being delivered to a different address ( not this driver), and thankfully the people who received it, tracked me down and delivered it to me. Kudos to my delivery guy tonight….Thank you so very much! 🙂

Because of you return my order to shipper I had to put in writing to my address saying for blind intercom driver's with big numbers to my home because they are so stupid to think my location unsafe or can't finding the address I am very angry you guys deserve bad reviews all times if you can't find my address how come all other companies find and leave my package because of so safe I ha a parcel box plus big mail box can fits delivery packages I know you have many company names including intelcom Dragonfly you are so terrible to send back my package I hope the companies never use your service for my packages ever again.

I would give it negative stars but can’t. The worst company out there. Cant get hold of them and their couriers don’t follow delivery guidelines. I had 4 packages in a row not delivered within a week!! How is this even acceptable? And how are they even in business. NEVER USE THEM, and REFUSE if any company tries to use them for their logistics. I personally contacted any and all businesses and banned from using them on my account. THE WORST! They should be responsible for my time resolving their incompetence and money lost due to them. I would litigate but I won’t let them cost me more time and money.

The delivery driver left my packages on the ground outside my building's door, instead of attempting to deliver my packages at a future time. I was lucky that one of my neighbours ended up going outside, saw the packages, and brought them inside for me. I live in the Northend, Winnipeg Manitoba. Where it's common for people to steal packages. In the past, if they weren't able to hand the packages directly to me, they would have tried delivering the packages at a future time, which is what they are supposed to do. Leaving the packages outside, where random people can easily grab them is a big risk.

Very unreliable service, it shipped to another province, I called to report that it was out for delivery elsewhere. The call center operator tried to reach the warehouse, they wouldn’t answer them. This is the last Temu order for me, 20 days in shipping with no replies.

My Temu order was dropped off at the wrong address, and the proof of delivery was simply a picture of the driver's hand holding the packages above a tiled floor. Called in and a complaint was filed against the driver. Thankfully it was brought to my location a few hours later by an honest neighbor.

Horrible. Horrible! The delivery driver left my package on the street, outside the building, and it was stolen. Very irresponsible, poor service, inefficient.

Would give zero if I could. After the delivery driver calling me yesterday he was at my condo but I wasn’t home I instructed him to leave in mail room. I got home 15 minutes later it wasn’t there. I had his number because he called me so I called him he said yes I will send you a pic hold on. He looks in his phone and asks me what address then mumbles one that’s not mine I said no mines….he then stated ok I will deliver it tonight. Although it already sets it was delivered and the time states 8 pm and it’s still only 330. Later that night nothing so I text him. He states he passed on to another driver to deliver today. Nothings been delivered and he has not responded now to any of my texts. I’m so beyond angry about this. I really think it’s about time we go to the news net works like global and bring these kind of delivery companies out in the open that are ripping off their customers!

Several times now, this company has not bothered reading the actual address or delivery instructions and has made attempts to deliver it to the wrong address! No matter how often I have contacted them through phone and email they never respond. Their drivers don’t give a rip about providing quality customer service, they drop and run or leave it at the wrong address. GARBAGE COMPANY!!!!!!

If this company is delivering your goods expect that it won’t be arriving at your home, it will more than likely be delivered but to the wrong address. It’s about time this company closes, they’re useless and have zero accountability for their driver’s actions as well as the customer service reps have zero tools to help and poor quality service, they just hang up on you.rather than try to ensure they’ve answered all inquiries to the best of their ability.

I have been waiting weeks for my package and then 2 days in a row get told that there were delivery attempts except there were not. Was told to contact them with no luck. Terrible company

Garbage service hands down

I am not sure if this company's delivery guys have education , or mentally retarted. They are not reading the street names and dropping off packages at house numbers that look like same . Yesterday they delivered correctly , but somehow today along with the other days in the past delivered to some address I cannot find my package. Definitely they should not be choosen to be of service to anyone.
