Products are way overpriced and the bands I bought could be got for a fraction of the price at Amazon. They do may have some bands that are unique though. I did send a return slightly out of the return window and they gave me a gift card instead of a return. But I had already bought the same bands at Amazon for 1/3 the cost so not really worth all the back and forth.
