I'm only part way through and the cert is already adding so much rigour to my thinking, my processes and taking as much ambiguity out of a craft that is by nature, extremely subjective and creative. It's giving me so much confidence.

I got laid off in the fall.

My position was titled "Senior Planner/Strategist," but when I sat down to update my resume, look for a new job, and prepare for interviews, I realized something: I didn't have a clear understanding of my role and its definition.

Oftentimes we rely on on-the-job training or mentorship from our managers but this course is a great way to learn strategy that may or may not be available to you at your workplace. Seriously, take control of your own learning journey and own it.
