I used streamable for a somewhat short period of time however the thing that really stood out to me was their customer service. Their team was prompt, friendly and helped me throughout my time using the service. Definitely would recommend based on service alone.

It is the most affordable and straight forward solution to video hosting. All around a good experience.

You guys are my go-to service for video uploading; I have a problem with MMS messaging and I have an app to send images to, but videos don't work well. But I usually go to streamable. I've known about streamable for even years now, and it's helped so much. You are awesome 🙏 <3

Have used Streamable for a little while on my renddder.com platform for hosting 3D animations. I love their pricing, the customer service has been very responsive and helpful, adding/editing/managing videos is super easy. Lots of respect for their UI designer and for whoever came up with their name.

They absolutely suck for hosting videos.
I had a BUNCH of clips on my account.
Vids of me gaming and vids of parts well known from tv shows (Like Homer drooling or Travis from Reno 911 getting electrocuted).
My vids are my property and the clips are just that...clips. It falls under something called fair use.

However, Streamable doesn't care about that.
They went through and deleted everything in my account, including my personal content.

Between the two accounts I've had with them, I've had over 150+ videos deleted.
Can you imagine YouTube or Twitch completely wiping out your account for no good reason?
And then when you contact them, all they say is "you were in violation of TOS" and when you ask them how they say "you were in violation of TOS" and when you explain you heard them and ask HOW you were in violation of the TOS they say "you were in violation of the TOS".

^If you wanna go through that crap, by all means please use Streamable.
B/c that's the BS you'll put up with.

(Luckily, after the first wipe, I started backing up all my videos in case of a second wipe. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. And Streamable is the AIDS we all love to hate.)

They hid the fact that the video gets deleted after 1 day. 1 day, I laughed.

I would like to give them -5 stars when it would be possible, it a very bad service for the money and customer service is not existent. So don't waste your money and time for they crap service. Build your own stream service is cheaper and better.

I have never seen such incompetent support in my life. Ban someone for no reason and most importantly without any warning. I have no idea what the company was thinking with such poor support.

There was a misunderstanding couple years ago. They permanently disabled my account and the person managing my emails even blocked my emails.

First time this happens with any service I ever used.
It just popped while I was programming, even after years I can't believe it.

Used to be a good platform for sharing videos without needing a YouTube account. Until they adopted an anti-consumer subscription model. Look, I don't mind subscription models and I'll support an app if I like it, until it forces you to do so or else your videos get deleted. You can't get any more hostile than that to your own customers.

I was cutting a video from a MrBeast video, after countless attempts of making a clean video, it suddenly changed timestamps, the ending was too early. This is so buggy but for now i have to use your website....

I used Streamable’s clip feature to clip some moments of a YouTube livestream from a popular IRL YouTuber. The full livestream I clipped is still on YouTube with no issue and contained no objectionable content, however my clip and now my access to Streamlabs via my IP has been suspended for a “terms of service violation”. Nothing I clipped showed anything that was in violation of YouTube’s terms of service, so I am not sure why they’d choose to permanently ban my IP from using their services, and they provide no way to appeal this decision or get the suspension removed. A quick google search shows multiple complaints on Reddit and here through TrustPilot so this is a common occurrence, and I can only imagine how upset paid users of their service would be if this happened to them. I have also used Kapwing to clip YouTube and Twitch livestreams and never had an issue with that service, and their support had worked with me on issues I have had to get them resolved so I’d highly recommend them over Streamable.

My uploads and account has been suspended for violating Terms of Service.... i have no idea how i did this with my 2 clips. I didn't uploaded foreign / copyrighted contents or clips for adults. Strange plattform, stay away!

Quick video uploader. You need to work on your DMCA policy though. People have been able to fraudulently claim my videos by just saying they produced it without any evidence. Other than that, solid provider.

Good service if you want to create clips from youtube. Downside: videos lose some quality.
