Wonderful service

I bought the Pro plan in the end of Oct, then accidentally cancelled it late Dec.
In 2 hours after contacting their customer support, I got an e-mail with an answer and full refund on a Sunday.

They might've had problems with support before, I can't know; however as of right now my experience with Streamable has been nothing, but amazing.

Bittersweet

Used for about 12-24 months, 2019/20, free service, uploaded about 100+ short videos.

I noticed a guy on a tennis forum using Streamable to share video, and it wasn’t long before I started using it too. It started off promising enough. Everything worked fine, easy to use, crop facility too. Great.
I was mostly sharing pro tennis players in bikinis and their gym workout videos, mostly sourced from family friendly Instagram. Then one day I foolishly uploaded a more adult video to another site, without first checking Streamables ToS. A few days later and all my videos vanished, with a warning notice: ‘This video has been removed for violating our Terms of Service’. I was also unable to upload new content.

I got onto Streamable support, apologising, won’t happen again, etc. They helped me to remove the uploading ban, but it looked like all my previous videos were gone. I also made sure to read Streamables ToS, in which it states: Prohibited Use of the Service, User Content that is obscene, pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit. Fine I thought, no way do my bikini and gym videos come close to those categories.

So no problems for some weeks/months, then the same thing happens again, except this time I’m at a loss as to how I’d breached this rule. I didn’t want to trouble Streamable support, so just used the same method they’d shown me to unblock the uploading ban.

This course of events keeps repeating. Either the ban/complete deletion scenario or individual videos taken down. I get so frustrated I ask support what’s going on. This is their reply: “Adult content of any kind is not allowed on Streamable, sorry!” At this point I get angry. All this could have been avoided if Streamable had bothered mentioning this in their ToS. I’m not sure bikini pics could be described as ‘adult content’, either. No where on the internet do you need age verification to see bikini pics. All the effort in finding video, editing/refining/uploading/linking, all wasted.

I’ve moved on to pCloud. So far, so good.

Terrible platform

Terrible platform! Their support says "Videos that are inactive for 3 months are deleted in order to make room for new content."

I already lost tons of videos since I didn't know they get deleted. Cannot recommend!
