Yeah Street B's used to be a great app but anyone that's got it now might as well delete it because they've gone completely bankrupt. I was just glad that I didn't have any money left in my account. I did wonder why every survey I was getting they weren't offering anything. Can some of the surveys were like half hour and they was giving no rewards before something wrong. Now I thought it was just me. But I'm glad after reading some of these reviews arrears laws other people are having the same thing. But yeah, anyone that still got that app do yourself a favor. Please delete. They've gone bankrupt. I don't think they'll be coming back if you've got money in there. Good luck trying to get it out. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you you can

My home page displays only external surveys with £0 reward, no actual Streetbee stories at all. It has been like this for weeks. When I try to contact Streetbee customer service I am told my ticket has failed to send. Is my account blocked or something? I downloaded the streetbees app to try and make some money on the side and treat myself to something nice, I installed the app and had to get a verification code to make a streetbees account, for some reason it wouldn't send me an SMS code and told me to make request to our 'friendly and dedicated' support team, after being promised that 'Our dedicated (human) support team will get back to you within 24 hours.' I decided to wait. I've been waiting 5 days now for an email back to me about my problem after being promised a 24 hour wait, it's quite disappointing how I haven't even made an account and already ran into problems, let alone having to wait for a support team that might not exist.

I am writing to express my frustration with Streetbees' failure to pay for approved work. Over a month ago, I completed several "stories" for a total of $7.30, which were approved. However, I have not received payment.
I have attempted to contact support over 10 times via the live chat, but I have not received a resolution. The lack of communication and failure to pay for approved work is unacceptable. This issue is causing me significant stress. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
No longer paying out.
I used to like Streetbees, especially when they added the partner surveys. But I completed 1 on the 20th August and still did not receive my payment- usually it takes 1 day. I opened a ticket on the app, it's been a week with no response. I sent an email, nothing. Edit: I'm no longer getting paid for partner surveys. I did 3 surveys and no payments.

I have been using Streetbees for a while and without issue. I would have liked to have given a positive review, however I cannot. In the last month after completing 3 surveys that have been approved for payment, I have been less than happy with the outcome. I waited a week as I usually would receive a payment within a few days and after there being no change from ‘approved for payment’ I decided to use the help option for assistance. This started a repeating process of me being ignored, my support tickets magically disappear with no reply. It’s been nearly 3 weeks now and still nothing. My PayPal is completely up to date so the issue is not my end. I hope someone can actually respond to this and resolve my issue. It looks very bad on the company… Don’t reply to this saying use the help feature as I have stated it clearly doesn’t work. An email address would be more professional.

Scam data collecting company. Worst of the worst and a company that uses your information but will not pay out. Even when you have a pop up thanking you for filling in a survey they will make up some bulls*it excuse to not pay you. You fill in a questionnaire to qualify for a 20min survey and get through and then spend around 40mins (not 20) only to wait for payment. You then chase them until you're told you didn't qualify. There is never a disqualified pop up to notify you so what are they on about? They owed me at least £6 for a survey I did and had to nerve to offer a £0.30 good will gesture. You're a scam company and deserve shutting down. Closed my account and will never use again.

Our Rejected story's Become Their Profit!
Street bees has been great up until just a few months ago. I've been doing street bees surveys since day one, and since day one I've had only a few surveys rejected. Towards the end of 2024 the pay out got very low so I wasnt doing as many as I had been. Then all of a sudden there were big pay out surveys again so I started doing them since it was again worth my time. Unfortunately almost every other story I've done has been rejected and for RIDICULOUS reasons! Our opinion is what they seek but are a reason to reject it, along with other bull. They're not paying us but they are still getting paid from these companies for the information their surveys have collected from us anyway. I believe what's happening here is simple, the CEO and Street bees upper management have gotten greedy and figured a way to blot their profits by not paying at all. It seems to happen all to often when the CEOs make millions then need to keep up their lifestyles the live. They wind up forgetting who helped them make their money and become so greedy things like this start happening. What everyone should do is go on strike from doing any surveys for street bees at all until they pay out for all our rejected story's because they still got paid for them. Our time and information they rejected is 100% profit now for them. STOP DOING SURVEYS FOR STREET BEES

Waste of time, I suggest staying away from this useless app

Fully agree with what others are saying in regards to rejected surveys that state you contradicted your answers. This is just a basic bot response rejecting and not paying out to use your information. Used to be great but they really need to have a disqualified timeout if they spot contradictive responses rather then making people fill in 30 minute survey. Will be deleting app as it's clearly an unfair way of gathering personal data without payout.
