Products themselves are good quality and fairly priced, the delivery lets the company down though. Using Parcelforce is a mistake for any business and the tracking simply does not work, you just get a 'you'll receive an update when we attempt to deliver' message, what's the point in that? That's not tracking.
The delivery estimate on the site is also very optimistic, it usually takes a but 4 or 5 working days.

Awesome T-Shirts. Print quality is fantanstic. I choose a simple plain black recycled fibre T-shirt with a custom image on both sides. When it came (very quick by the way) I couldnt believe the quality of the print and the T-shirt quality was also spot on. really good vivid quality.

Be AWARE....I have been ordering form Streetshirts for over 5 years and have always been very happy with the results but my most recent order was very different..... It would appear that they no longer print direct to garment (DTG) and have switched to a direct to film (DTF) vinyl transfer method. (Printed with rubbery flexible type inks onto a film then heat pressed onto the garment)... without mentioning this on their website .... This new method feels like a thick and plastic and unpleasant DTF kind of material that you are very aware of when wearing the garment and you also could also very easily order the actual printed film from many online outlets and heat press it to any desired garment yourself at home...

Contrary to the reply to this review from Streetshirts, I had originally reached out to them before writing this review to see if anything could be done and received this email in reply....

This process is designed to produce long-lasting, high-quality prints, and because of the way the garments are printed, we cannot resell returned items.

So their offer for me to contact them to "resolve" the situation is quite laughable....

But just to clarify... the printing process is not DTG, Screen printing nor Sublimation printing it is an inferior vinyl style transfer... there is nothing wrong with the actual garment its the printing process I am unhappy with and their change to a vastly inferior printing method without notification which leaves the finished product feelint thick, rubbery and unpleasant, but if your ok with this method then go ahead.... youll be fine with it.....

The quality and service is 5 stars. We will certainly order again!

I had some great help from Kat of Streetshirts over the phone who helped me to sort out a technical glitch on my computer when ordering and definitely went the extra mile to find the right solution.
The Ai assistant created some good designs with just the prompt of a few words. I put in the words ‘Long Hair Music’ and a variety of designs were created in seconds. The 2 T-shirts were for my Boyfriend’s birthday. He has long hair and likes music! I asked him how he felt about the T-shirts. He said ‘I’m over the moon!’ He can’t wait to wear them..

Very happy with the speedy service. The t-shirt (super soft heavy t) is nice quality too.

A quality t-shirt where the printing of the design is 100% accurate with bright and vivid colours. The price is extremely competitive and shipping is very fast. This is the third t-shirt design I've had made by Street Shirts (using my own graphics) and I won't use any other company from now on.
