5 star customer service from these guys. Faulty product initially, sent a replacement without hesitation and didn't even ask for the original to be sent back. Exactly what you want from a supplier. Will be ordering from them again.

Great customer service
I only phoned to request a manual. Phone was answered promptly by William and my request was dealt with very helpfully. He even phoned back when my email didn't appear to work so great customer service for a product that was quite old and had been given to me which just needed a manual.
