Absolutely the best customer service I have had in years, really good quality items, unfortunately the jacket&pants was to big for me I am 5ft7inch&10/12 I ordered a medium and it had to go back, no problem with refund, I did keep the hat and face snood love them, I am a skier not a boarder, we are used to ski wear being fitted, I did want to try something abut more relaxed but it was still to big😢

I would highly reccomend this brand and their products! I recently purchased the Luna Jacket through them and being an international company I was impressed that it arrived so quickly. The quality of the product is amazing and I can't wait to try the Jacket out on the snow. Their customer service is amazing, very quick and helpful. I did have to return the jacket intially for another size and despite their system not accepting exchanges their team were amazing with getting me another size and upholding the sale price. If you are inbetween sizes and not sure which one to get, defintiely get both and then make the most of the free returns as the process may be a bit smoother.

Strobe brand have the friendliest and most helpful staff. We ordered jackets for our university ski trip and they were beautiful. We contacted Erik and had the speediest customer service I have ever experienced. If you want a good company you can trust for your ski gear, this is the place to go!!

Great looking skiing gear, and great quality. I haven’t yet been on the mountain with it, but I hope that everything will be ok. The jacket and pants insulation, the number of pockets and vent zips, will make this a great addition to my skiing gear in both cold and sunny days on the slopes. And the service was second to none, extremely fast delivery and kept up to date every step of the way. I will definitely buy from Strobe again, it’s refreshing to see that such a relatively new business can be so attentive to details and to getting it all right. Well done and thank you!

I bought some Lynx ski pants and I’m very pleased with both the fit and the quality. The fit is true to size and the pants are well made and have decent zips with useful long tags on them. The delivery was really quick too. I would buy from them again and would recommend them to others.

I ordered from Australia and received the package in around a week which was very nice. The jacket I ordered had all the features I wanted in a ski jacket and the colour was what I was looking for.

I purchased the women’s lynx jacket and pant set. I wasn’t sure about sizing and contacted strobe through their customer service and was soon emailed a google doc of exact garment measurements for the set. That alone was 10/10 customer service for me since I am spending about $400 on their clothing- I’d like to be sure of what I’m getting.
Based on the measurements I went with a size small, which unfortunately, was too big (I’m 5’2 about 117 lbs for reference). I was able to order an XS and shipping was extremely fast and got the items within a week. The XS did end up fitting me better! I was worried about the refund process after making my return so I contacted customer support and was reassured they received my return and I should expect a refund to my account. Few days after I contacted them, I received the money back from my first purchase.
I received a lot of compliments on the set- only negative was the pant buttons would pop anytime I bent down to strap my bindings in lol. I guess I’m a weird size between small and XS which is my own issue in this case but don’t regret going with XS. It kept me warm in 20 degree weather with only one layer of merino wool underneath. Great quality items, amazing customer service! So happy I purchased from this brand.

I purchased the Aura ski jacket in burgundy. I order the XXL after reviewing the sizing chart. I am normally a 14/16, and 5 foot 4. The jacket fits perfectly with enough room for layering and freedom of movement when skiing. The length in the arm is perfect and it sits just mid way over the hips. It feels lightweight but warm with the perfect amount of pockets. Would definitely recommend...fantastic brand!! love it!!

I bought Dusty Green ski jacket on Tuesday,arrived Thursday morning to Cornwall UK.Absolutely perfect,I emailed to check if it would arrive in time and got a reply in an hour,very impressed really love the jacket,Im a size 14 and the large fits perfectly with room for layers. Kate Panter
