These guys deliver outstanding customer service. They managed to ship my ski jacket all the way to France Les Arc so I could wear it on my ski holiday. They were very responsive by email and phone. Absolutely love the jacket too!

I recently had the pleasure of buying a ski jacket and pants from Strobe, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.
From start to finish, my experience with this company has been outstanding. Having never heard of them before, I was a little apprehensive, but their customer service is truly second to none, with live chat support that is incredibly responsive and helpful. I ordered some skiing pants and jacket…
I ordered some skiing pants and jacket and received them within a few days. Unfortunately, there was a stain on the pants. I wrote an e-mail to costumor service and they replied back very fast. We agreed that I should send back the pants and Strobe send me some new ones.
I'm looking forward to taking it into use!
