I received them in a timely manner, but already had a couple of the pads have already come off my windshield. I’ve had to push them back up more than once. I was going to order a couple more sets for my rear window light bar, but I don’t want them to fall off. But I might try again.

I have been waiting for almost 5 days for a product i purchased from this company to ship. I reached out to customer support and was told the items are back ordered and to expect it to take several weeks. No where on their website did it state the items in question were on back order. I see other reviewers on here have had similar results and the generic response is " were working on a notification system" at this point if the items in question don't ship out ina relatively soon time frame I'll be likely to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. I get things can become back ordered but you at least need to send a email or have it on your website.

Wouldn’t honor discount

Would highly recommend. I ordered what I thought was a Feniex Quad rear interior lightbar, which is what the website showed however when I received it the lightbar was a quantum. I did call and talk with Strobes N More and after speaking with them they removed this product from there site and paid for the upgrade from single to trio colors for me. This was a $200 up charge. Thank you Strobes N More.

Devin, Chantal & Mary Beth provided excellent service for this initial and my additional online orders, managing our account well, providing quotes and full personal service. It is refreshing to have the ability and experience to get your vendor of choice on the phone to discuss your needs. Our orders are for the purpose of purchasing emergency vehicle lighting, though I would gladly utilize them for installations if I were in their area.

Finally, their rewards program is a great way to obtain quality products, while pricier than some others, at a discount by ordering through them. You get what you pay for in this market; and so far, I am very happy with the products I have received to date and are looking forward to my next shipment to arrive.
